-1 Now you have people who post bad reviews out of anger and people who post bad review to make other people aware. Going to this car lot first thing I noticed was all the cars were dirty. First sign of not taking care of thier vehicles. I test drove one vehicle. A vehicle I loved because Ive had it once before. I know exactly how they should drive. Even though It didnt show on the dash board, the transmission would jump shifting to 2nd gear. Even the dealer recognized it. So I then test drove another vehicle. It seems to drive very decenct and smooth. I decided to purchase the vehicle. A day later The same problem occurs. as it down shifts to 2nd gear the transmision jumps. Now Im no rocket scientist nor mechanic but I been thru my fair problems to know this is a transmission problem so I took it to my Mecanic where he then showed me the service section where it stated transmission fault. I called dealer back to give 3 options, money back, fix transmission without me coming out of pocket, or take the Lemon law route. Dealer Bobby gave me one option bring it in and he will pay 50% of labor and 50% of parts. witch stats I have to come out of pocket for the rest. I then try to come to common ground and he doesnt budge and starts saying Im making accusations and threating him. and he then hung up on me. Do as you please with this dealership but dont say I didnt tell you so!

STAY AWAY! I met with Sergio AND Bobby here on Saturday 8-12-17 and had a verbal agreement to buy a Range Rover Sport over the weekend. NO ONE asked me for a deposit and the car needed a few things done the following Monday and I was assured it would be taken care of. I even had a pre-approved loan through USAA which I told BOTH of these guys about and despite having a verbal agreement on price and a pre-approved loan... they went ahead and SOLD the car on Sunday to someone else!! Total, un-ethical fraudsters. I think there was something probably seriously wrong with the car and although we already agreed on a price of $11500 out the door, they had seconds thoughts about selling to someone who wanted the car fixed before purchasing it. I probably saved myself a HUGE headache by NOT buying from this "dealership." AVOID them, the looks and appearance of the dirty cars and the lot does not tell a lie. Un-enthical business practices, shady salesmen and Bobby threatened to sue me for slander if I gave a bad review on YELP! What a joke. Buy your car somewhere else!

The car I bought from them seemed like a good deal, but after I bought it found an oil leak, the back seat was loose and the radios volume control was wonky. Should have looked closer at the car. Less then 2 years after buying it the cam shaft sensor went bad and then the starter started to fail and eventually broke altogether. Sold it eventually for way to little. They screwed me on my trade in also, at first quoted me 150 dollars, a joke. When I complained they upped it to 250, still a joke but I took it, stupid me. They said they were going to junk it, but I saw it on there web site a little bit later for 4000 dollars. They fixed it up, yea, and lied to me, got low balled big time. Be-ware with theses guys, they seem nice, but in the end there the low end of used cars. I suggest looking elsewhere and inspecting the cars they sell way more thoroughly then I did.

I went to look at a Car that I saw on Craigslist. The price was advertised at $10800. When I arrived he confirmed that it was the correct price. I liked the car and wanted to buy. My Credit is not that good but I make enough money to get approved. They added that the need to run my card for the $3000 down payment to verify that I had the money before they move on. They were quick for me to sign the title and I demanded to see the paperwork on cost. They raised the price of the car by $5000 grand without telling me. I told them no deal and that I want my transaction voided. (I did not sign anything) They have my $3000 grand and are not complying with the bank to get it back to me. Claims department said it will be a while before they get my money back. BAD BUSINESS, these guys are Crooks.

If I could I would give them 10 stars!!These guys are AWESOME!! They did and went above and beyond my expectations. With my credit history they worked really and I mean REALLY hard and finally got me approved and into the White Ford Expedition I wanted!! Their cars are clean & nice with great prices. Not pushy nor did they try to sell me "any" car just to make a sale. They were patient, made us feel comfortable and explained every single detail of the sales contract. Thanks for your patience!! Sergio & Bobby are AWESOME!! Definitely recommend the cars and the sales team!! Thanks again!!

I was referred to them by my friend, who has bought 2 cars from them over 2 years for his family and is very happy with them. when I got there the sales people answered all my questions did not push me to buy and gave me a great deal on the car and financing. great selection of cars, very honest and helpful. love my new car thank you guys.

best car buying experience I ever had. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, great selection of cars. I got a great deal and financing on the spot with no pressure and have been driving the car I bought from them for over months with no problem. I recommend them to every body I know.

My cousin bought a car from them a few weeks ago so I went there looking for a truck for my pool cleaning business. Boy am I glad I went. They had a great Ford 150 and the price was within my budget. What I liked most is that they didnt make me feel pressured to buy.
