SUPERB SERVICE!!! I recently took my daughters car here to get the clutch replaced. Pj and Ray were very informative on the process, the costs, and parts used. Since her car was near the 100K miles mark, Pj performed additional diagnostics at no additional charge, to ensure everything else was in proper working order. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. The charges were reasonable for the work performed, without additional padded or over-inflated charges that some repair shops or dealerships are known for. When my daughter and I picked up her car, it was washed and vacuumed and ready to go. Pj and Ray are very hospitable people, they are very nice, friendly, and treated us like family. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely go there. If either of my vehicles need service I will definitely return. They offer major dealership quality of service without the additional pressures or up-selling of service that a major dealership is famous for. I had the best overall experience, I highly recommend them!

I bought a car from these people and got ROYALLY SCREWED!!!. They knew Nissan Sentras were transmission faulty. After one year, the transmission went out and even though they have a garage, they refuse to fix it. After Nissan had the balls to send a by- the-way we have faulty transmissions letter AFTER I told them it went bad, I parked the car because of my disability. I was homeless living in my car and had to have somewhere to live, they suggested another new car with high payments. No where to park the old car and no where to live I had no other option than to purchase a new car. Now NISSAN collect $800.00 a month from me with no conscious for 2 cars. CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF! I usually hate buying a car and dealing with sales staff and mechanics, but these guys are AWESOME! I bought a car from them over a year ago, and I received a terrific deal from them, and received terrific service since then. The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever met,they remember my name, and make me feel very welcome anytime I see them. If you are looking for a car, go talk to PJ and his crew, and you will see what I mean. My car is great, so I dont plan on buying another for awhile, but when I do, I will definitely go here first!

Will NEVER come back here ever again!!!! The people that work here are all scammers!!! They promise a good deal but they end up selling you a car that is OVERPRICED!!!! DONT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! They sold me a car that had been crashed but NEVER told me about it!! Went back and tried talking to them about it only to get yelled at!!!!! Make sure you ask for the CARFAX, otherwise they could be selling you a damaged car!!! Save yourself some time and go to another dealer!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

I thought i had gotten a good deal the day i purchased a car from them but; after recently doing some research on the car they had sold me, I found out i had been sold a car on which in other dealers was like 5,000$ to 6,000$ less. I should have done my research before buying from them. The tablet they say they give to people who buys from them is also really cheap. Dishonest on vehicle prices. Do some good research before buying on dealers because people just care about themeselves and money.

The people at La auto connection are great, friendly staff. i had no idea what i wanted, but i needed a car right away.. the were so helful and knew how to help me to get the right car. Tony is one of the dealers there. My friend that help me to make sure i got a good deal, checked and told me that the parts like the engine looked new and clean, and that was a good sign! Im so angry! Im from San Diego and I spoke with one of the sales representative about the same car for about 4 days. I finally set up an appointment and arrived at the dealership. The guy who I set up with for the appointment and promised he was gonna take care of me. Wasnt their as promised and neither was the car I was gonna purchase. Very disappointing. Huge waste of my time and money. 1☆ rating until further notice.

Worst time to buy a car.....WHEN I HAVE A MAJOR FLU.....I just totaled my car so I was in desperate need of one since my rental was ending in days. They got me tea and coffee to help my throat, didnt pressure me to buy right away and the finance manager was really down to earth and understanding so even though it took me almost 3 weeks......I GOT THE CAR OF MY DREAMS ON MY OWN TERMS!
