I am not affiliated with the dealership in any way. In May 2016 bought a 2009 VW EOS with 93000 miles, am quite pleased with my purchase (30 days after) and here is what I learned from working with Ali: 1. Cars4Toys has an excellent selection of used cars: Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, and VWs, usually in the 60-115,000 mile range. 2. Ali is a true professional, knows his business, knows his cars, has excellent resources, is straight forward about the deal, and truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and is willing to do what is reasonable to ensure that. 3. I got a very good deal on the car. Id shopped similar cars at 6 other nearby dealerships and this was the best car/price by far. To the best of his ability Ali made sure the car had no issues prior to the sale with extensive car preparation to ensure everything worked and there were no issues. 4. During the interval of cross shopping cars this one needed some additional work. Ali covered all the pre-buy work, kept the price the same, and even helped me out after buy splitting the cost of an additional unforeseen repair just after. I bought the car AS-IS so he definitely went beyond what he had to. He did this with no drama. 5. I am quite pleased with the car. Here is what I learned from my used car shopping experience: 1. Call ahead to ALL dealers prior to try to see a car listed. Dealers list their cars ASAP and then go through the pre-sales checkout and repair so the car may be in the shop. This was true of EACH of the 6 cars/dealers I checked with and each of the cars. Dont buy the first car you see. Do some work and cross-shop cars and dealers. 2. Being professional purchasing the car helps the seller be professional! Know what you are purchasing, what the market is, know what you can afford. If you run into a problem, keep calm, explain the problem and enlist the seller to help solve it. 3. Research common repair issues for your car prior and ensure those are clearly working or recent repairs were done. This will save you a lot of money. From the Web I found common problems for the VW EOS the items as; engine vacuum hose issues, engine-transmission seal, and folding top. These were all recently repaired on my car. 4. Ask to see the pre-sales checkout and repair invoice. This is really helpful to know what was done. Ask for a 30 day warranty on any recently fixed items. If the dealer wont give you them, walk away. 5. Ask for the CarFax to know the history of the car. 6. Print a used car pre-buy checklist off the web so that you thoroughly check out EVERYTHING prior to buying. Sure, its dorky, but it also makes sure you dont overlook something. I did do this and it helped me. 7. If you REALLY want a second opinion on a car, pay the money to take it to a garage to get it checked out prior to buying it. I didnt do this, but I did check out repair shops near me to figure out where to take it in the future. Cars do need maintenance and repair so why not do that first? 8. If you checked out a car and are shopping make sure you go through your complete car buying checklist before you sign the contract. This worked well with Ali and Cars4Toys and I recommend doing this for any used car purchase. In seeing other cars at other used car dealers I researched a lot of terrible reviews and experienced hard-nosed negotiations resulting in me walking away.

A headlamp, brake light, wipers, battery and riming belt all were defective. ALL but the mirror were discovered after I drove the car home. One of his employees told me a "knocking" I heard was just typical of Range Rovers after an oil change, it would go away. It didnt and then Romeo tried to say there was never any knocking that they have a mechanic that goes through their cars. IF I COULD VOTE ZERO STARS this dealer/Romeo would get a ZERO. HE IS A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from CARZ4TOYZ. Im giving you an honest summation of this place avoid it. I tried to work with him to split some of the costs Id incurred, he obviously said no. AVOID CARZ4TOYZ!!!!!!

Alex is really nice. Hes a straight shooter, cut me a solid deal on an awesome Jetta. He even helped me get a low insurance rate and spoke on the phone to the agents for me. I drove away with a new car after 2 hours.

Drove 2 hours to see a car with bad motor mounts and filthy inside. Romeo said he would give me an $80 discount. I did my research and parts cost more than that. Plus labor.
