I purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Galaxy Auto Mall about a month ago there was no pricing on any of the windows of the cars on the lot. There where only three people work there at the time. Juan was a salesman there he let me take the look of IS 250 by myself none of the features or details off the car where explained to me at all. Juan and I test drove the car the car drove well as I expected but the trunk would not open and I noticed it when I was alone reviewing the car by myself I mentioned it to them and the mechanic they sent me to did not fix it at all he could not figure out why the trunk would not open he actually advised me to go and take it back to the dealership. After the test drive I was taken in the office by Juan and introduced to another salesman named J I didnt even know his actual name he presented the paperwork to me and I wanted to read the paperwork and review it before I signed anything he told me there is no need to read it and had me sign those documents a day later when I reviewed those documents I noticed the car fax said the Lexus IS 250 had frame damage I immediately felt scammed I reviewed more documents and it said I had one day to return the car back so that was exactly what I went to do I brought my father with me and I could not get my down-payment of $2900 back but Sam which is the boss there understood those problems that happened and when I explained it to him with my father Sam let me choose another car so I chose a Toyota Corolla S and everything with the car was fine no mechanical problems at all but the key remote did not work so I have to manually unlock the doors of the car by putting the key in. I made the first car note payment before the payment was even due and I get a call from a women there at the dealership asking me did I make my first payment? I responded yes of course I have a email confirmation would you like it she took the confirmation number to double check. My problem was solved overall but the customer service from the salesman there are poor.

It is genuinely a waste of your time. They will make empty agreements and not live up to them. Your salesman should not be some college kid who makes agreements that he has no clue about. 3 months have passed now and I still havent recieved my "call" to get my reigstration and license plates done. 3 months!!!!! That is abismal and unacceptable. Whats the point of me paying you if you cant complete your service. I honestly question if they are even a certified dealer. You wont have any of your paper work explained in detail so be prepared to read for a few hours before signing. Asides from that, the mechanic is not knowledgeable. If I have a Dealer Certified Master Technician inspect a vehicle and you tell me they are speaking foolishness and just want money you need some more training. You are better off buying a certified pre-owned car from an actual Dealership. At least youll get your moneys worth. Full vehicle inspection and repairs, warranties, and proper paper work handling. Dealing with LA Galaxy Auto Mall is like dealing with a confused student who refuses to open up their mind. Anytime I call I am refered to some non-existent co-worker or given a random phone number to call. Please talk with so and so. Try to find so and so--Their response--Whos that?? Like bruh are you confused? Do you not know who is on your team. But Im not gonna lie, I was able to find a very well taken care of ride. Its just their entire process was nonsense. They really need to get their stuff together.

Pros: great cars and get approved no matter what your credit history is like Cons: they are all about the money there! They may seem to be helping you out but they are just after your money. They ask for a certain amount and after seeing your bank account summary they will ask for more if they see you have MONEY. They tried that on me and I wondered why they ask for more when I specifically gave them a certain amount I wanted to spend. Their cars always have something wrong with the lm whether it be as small as a sun visor missing to something major as an engine problem. They will not help you out if there is something wrong with the car and they wont man up to their problems. This place either does something to their cars so its not in perfect condition or they just take In whatever. My suggestion dont come here avoid this place as much as possible. They are a bunch of scammers

In the long run they did there job and fix the problems on my car you know great job for that but you know it was really so much bs and back and forth and I mean everyone is friendly when your about to spend 1000s but after you sign those papers and drive off that lot ohhhh buddy its a whole different side I mean mybe I shoulda done my resurch and had some one who new about cars.. or maybe well I could go on but long story short there was things wrong with my car but they ended up fixing it for a fee and I only had my car less than 2 months Im not trying to talk bad about them this is my 2nd car from them and the 1st one was great nothing wrong but hay you live and you learn dont get me wrong I plan to go back to upgrade my car next year but I plan to check it out more and pay more to datel

I went to go see this truck a week ago. Called day of to confirm abalibillty. Drive 2.5 hours just to be told it was sold the night before. They blamed it on their computer program. Maria, whom I had spoken to the day of and the day before wouldnt even come and apologize to us. When I arrived she said she was with another client on another lot, but when I asdked for her a second time they told me she was gone for the day. Today I got a notification that the truck had a price drop. How is that possible if it was sold a week ago. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They lure you in with a specific car and then try to SCAM you into another. Save your time and money. Dont do any business with these crooks.

BUYER BEWARE. If this were a small community, these guys would have been run out of town long ago. I was personally misled multiple times regarding price and condition of a vehicle. Underhanded, dishonest, misleading business practice gets you nowhere. They advertise as Galaxy Auto Mall, but also do business as Express Auto Lending. Neither of those names can be found as a registered business with the Secretary of State. Apparently they are associated with 5 Star Auto on N. Harbor Blvd, who also do business under the name Safeway Auto Center. Honest people dont need to hide behind layers of false identity. What complete waste of time, and even more...what a shame :(

HALF OF THE CARS THAT THEY LIST ON THEIR INVENTORY THEY DONT EVEN HAVE, WENT TO TEST DRIVE A 2011 MUSTANG GT THEY HAD AND FOUND A PROBLEM IN THE ENGINE .. TOLD THE SALESMAN TO HAVE IT INSPECTED AND FIXED AND GIVE ME A CALL WHEN ITS FIXED SO I COULD PURCHASE IT. NEVER GAVE ME A CALL BACK UNTIL I FINALLY CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR WAS SOLD. THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SALE CARS WITH ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS. I FELL BAD FOR WHOEVER PURCHASED THAT 2011 GT. OH AND DONT TRUST MOE OR ALEX THEY WERE THE ONES WHO WERE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME GET THE GT ONCE IT WAS FIXED. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP.
