Worst Toyota Dealer ever....Avoid it. They back off after the deal is done. Me and my wife visited Wondries Toyota on Saturday, Nov 19th 2011 to buy a new Toyota Rav4 with optional third row seats. We were greeted by Hector Estrada, the Internet Sales Manager. We negotiated the price and we got the final deal from him.My wife was a recent graduate from California State University (completed May 2011) and so we received $1000 rebate. We filled up the application since we were happy with the deal. After verifying everything, we made a choice of some down payment + 36 month of loan. Everything was fine till this point when Hector said that there is no car in the inventory and he will get back to me once he receives the car. He said that he would call me back on Sunday or Monday and I can pick up the car. I didnt receive any call from him and when I called him on Monday morning, he said that he was working on it and in the evening he was not answering the phone . So, I went back to the office on Monday evening (11/21/2011) at around 6 PM only to know that Hector left and he will be back after the Thanksgiving holidays. So, we met Johnny (John Devet) and so the story starts. He keeps saying that he cannot get the car since he cannot find it anywhere in the CA. Johnny keeps changing the story every 5 mins and keeps blaming Hector for giving the car at that price.( Ex: He keeps saying "I dont like Hector", "He doesnt work with his head", "He has no education" etc). We asked him why did they run our credit history if they are not interested in selling car to us. Johnny told us that they didnt run our credit history. We asked to give a statement saying that they didnt run a credit check on both of us. He went to his Manager (Alex Bonilla) and found out they in fact ran the credit on both of us. Johnny had lied. Alex Bonilla was in procession of all the papers and he told us that he would deliver a car on Tuesday (11/22/2011). Johnny said that he will be able to provide the car if I am at the office between 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. At time he was not even remotely confident that he would be able to procure the car with specification as I mentioned (RAV4, Black, third row). And strangely enough an hour before, Johnny said that he cannot find the car with any dealer in CA. (This is another example of how your internet sales manager Johnny changes words). We went back to the dealership on Tuesday (11/22/2011) and waited to hear from Jonny. I spent my day sitting in the Lounge from 10:00 AM to 5: 00 PM after taking my time off from my work. I literally applied for my Time off after calling my manager at work. Johnny keeps looking at me and he made up different stories and finally came to the conclusion that he cannot get the car to me today, but said that he will get back to me on Wednesday. I never received that call. The 3 days that I spent at the dealership were the most disingenuous and miserable experiences Ive had with any established business. I have been with Toyota for the last decade and this experience has left such a negative impact that I feel almost obligated to shop outside the Toyota brand for this and future purchases for myself and my family. Having said that, I sincerely feel that the salesmanship of Johnny had no respect for our time and interest as he insulted us by making us wait the whole day without so much as an apology. I am hurt by the behavior of the sales managers (especially Johnny). He backed off the deal. I am writing a letter to the General Manager, Wondries Toyota and Toyota Regional Manager, Torrence and explain my grievances to them.

this is the bad service that i have been meet. Yesterday i and my wife come and talk with the guy Omar. He said with me a price and he brings his manager to come and talk with me a price., But we did not agree that price and then he say he will meet a trouble if we dont buy that car for him. we do not agree with that price and go home at 9pm. when we drive the car back my home, he say with me that tomorrow call back. After that at the morning he calls my wife but she is working at that time. When i call him back, we talk about the price and he do not say with me any thing about the price. But I talk with him about the price that i want already. He say that you dont need to worry about that. when we spend our time to come there and give him my wifes social number. He still do not talk about it. After that i write my price on the paper for him to see that. he said with me ok ok. That why we come to the finance department. Because we already calculate the rate and the price for out the door that we can make the monthly payment already. The first time the guy in finance give me the different price but i see that and say it is not the price that i looking for. he say that he must talk with the big boss. what the hell big boss. he goes around talk with his colleague. And call Omar back, omar come and tell me listen but we deal with that price but when he say with me the price is different. The rate that i want is 2%. and Finally they give us 0% but the price still different with the price that Omar deal with me. I recommend for all you guy do not come to this dealer because all the salesman and finance are linked together to push your price higher than the other dealer. They are liar. Talk a lot to lie customer. Do not let them put your information on the credit application before dealing. first time to the finance 340$/month and then 331$ but the price that we talk is 328.4$/month just 3$ but you can think that how the people change their characteristic. 3$ i can give for donation. Right now, all people need money 3$ x 60 month = 180$. they say that not too much and tell me that i am so cheap. but you must think about yourself first. if they have 0 stars or -------- i give the bad thing for you guy.
