I found this dealer on Autotrader, I called and made an appointment with Cher. When I went in, she introduced me to Alex, he presented “my car” to me, it was super clean, I was so excited, I wanted to trade in my old car, too bad, I had not taken it with me. I came back the next day, since Alex was off, Max helped me out. The service was great and they were really helpful. They accepted my trade in at pretty much what I was asking them. Two days later they emailed me my picture taken with my new car and requested if I could write a review for them and I was glad to do so.

Like anyone, buying a car (used or otherwise) can be pretty nerve wracking for me, but when I got to Certified I was quickly met by Max and he wasnt pushy or anything, he just wanted to know what I was looking for and what my budget was. He showed me two trucks, but I quickly fell in love with a Toyota Tacoma!! He brought me to Cher in the finance department, and within two hours I was driving off the lot! I wish buying a car was always this easy, highly recommended if you want a good deal from friendly people!

So when I got car shopping I’m not the kind of person who drops a lot of dough at fancy car dealerships. I hit the Auto Trader looking for a nice looking Jeep Grand Cherokee and saw one at Certified Auto Import Sales. I called, spoke with Cher and she was knowledgeable, told me all about the car so I set went down there. The Jeep was exactly what was described. Alex in sales offered me a good deal. I was able to get a solid car for a good price. Definitely would buy from them again.

My Husband and I drove 75 miles to look at a car they had on there lot, we called ahead and asked if they would negotiate the price and they told us yes and to come on down! When we got there they did not what to let us test drive the car until they knew for sure we were willing to buy then when we asked them to come down on the price alittle they told us no they were not willing to budge not even a 100 dollars... we bought a car somewhere else

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I rated one star only because I cant rate zero. Bought a car, didnt have it for more than two weeks when check engine light turns on. Couldnt take it back because warranty expired after 100 miles which I oviously used since I got the car so I can get to work and take my daughter to school, not to leave it parked. Now not even three months later car doesnt start, starter doesnt work. Ridiculous.

I bought my Honda Odyssey from Certified. Jahayra was real friendly and professional. Transaction was pretty quick. I actually send my parents there since they were shopping for a car. They bought a Ford Escape. And a week later I received a check from Certified for recommending my parents. Pretty cool!
