The employees are not the problem at this store, most of them have been nothing but friendly. The problem is the company, their policies are ridiculous, what they offer customers to sell product is a scam, and most of the time Amazon or Besbuy will give you a better deal when buying a new game then Gamestop when you buy an used game. As far as the store, every time I have entered it, it smells like toilet cleaner or just like a toilet that was overflown and left there.

I had an awesome experience at this store. I rarely find a New game that I end up falling in love with, but after only 5 minutes of speaking to a rep at this store he was able to not only correctly assume what kinds of games I like but recommended a game (which I later purchased) that was EXACTLY the kind of game I have been waiting for for years! I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a raise!!

Super helpful. I brought in a game with no receipt but still in original packaging. Though the item was from Christmas more than a month ago and not purchased at this store, they exchanged the game and then gave me a gift card for the balance! They were also fun and friendly. Just the coolest experience! I will go back. I would recommend them to anyone! Super customer service!

ive had the worst service in the last year at this specific Gamestop location. the employees are rude, lazy, and very unhelpful. which is weird cause they use to have a great staff (british guy, an asian girl & a guy with long hair) but now it seems none of them know what they are talking about, nor can they help you find a decent game. i wont be back

Game stop opens game and sells them as new. After they have bern takem out of the plastic wrap they are no longer new. There is no reason for them to.do this.other than the workers take them home and play them. They also remove things from game boxes they do not want you to see and many other sleezy things they do.

This store (not only is it close) is also very helpful in trying to find what i need. They have even directed me where i could get items for older systems i will continue to go back, and buy from them. This is what every company should provide great service.

Pretty good selection and the employees had the answers to every question I threw at them. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they really need a larger store and more employees because it is packed every time I go there.

Wait to talk to someone was RIDICULOUS. They had 4 people working and 2 just stood there organizing the same stack for 25 minutes. The 2 others helping people must have never used computers since it took them 10 minutes per customer.

Dont go here or any GameStop their websites have misinformation false prices on their products and the staff is garbage better off ordering your stuff online through eBay or Amazon
