Ive had 2 bad experiences at this location. Maybe somebody can relate. The first bad experience I can shrug off, I had got off of work late and entered the store only a couple of minutes before closing time on sunday (this being my fault, as I forgot it was sunday) but I was literally rushed out the door due to the employees LITERALLY counting down the time, so without game, I just left. The second time really put me over the top. I had just walked in the door with my child who stood next to me looking at games. We were approached by a sales associate (who, granted, was very knowledgeable about games) who suggested a few games. I proceeded to converse with for a moment, but then insisted that we were just browsing around and stepped away. Long story short, he continued to follow us, even after several gestures that we werent interested. The associated even was (I feel the word harassing is appropriated as the associate would not leave us alone) harassing/pressuring my 5 year old child to buy a certain game! I finally just took the game he was pushing on us and proceeded to check out. If this is a tactic to push people into buying games GAMESTOP, then congrats! But needless to say, I doubt I will buy games from this location or any gamestop location again. I hope this review is useful, if you shop at gamestop, i suggested driving a little further to the next one or simply going to a different store all together.

This Gamestop is horribly run, worst one in the valley. The employees always have some excuse to NOT help customers. The credit card machine is down, they need to do inventory, they need to play a game on a trade-in system for 20 minutes to make sure it works. Theres always a line of customers waiting to make purchases while the staff is doing other things. They need to fire everyone and start over, or just close the doors entirely. Go to the store on Dysart if you want actual help.

Not a bad place depending on whos working. Ive been ignored by staff there many times. I try and give the benefit of the doubt, but it seems to be a trend. Ive also driven here several times after asking about certain items being there and price, only to arrive and find errors in their information. I prefer to drive to north Peoria which is farther from me if I want correct information and better customer service.

Best store all the crew members are friendly they answer any questions I might have and hit me up with new deals on new consoles ect. I never really had a problem there and they help you with anything you need and their service is pretty fast I honestly dont have anything bad to say about this awesome store

Just took in like 14 old crappy games and got $110 on trade. Ended up getting 4 used games one new one and a $25 psn card. I only paid $15 cash. People who complain about gamestop not giving them enough money on trade just dont understand the business model and look really, really stupid.

Great service, manager and employee served through a line of a dozen customers and tested both my trade in systems after them in almost no time! There are four different GameStop stores in my area, and I highly recommend this one specifically ツ

Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have 3 boys who are grown now but we have gone to many GameStops over the years and there are only 2 that I will go to and this store is one of them. Thanks guys for your great customer service.

Idk what the deal is with some of these bad reviews. I got there and was assisted just fine. Help me with Samsung pay, took my gift card. Hooked it up with a gaming headset. These two guys I worked with were legit.

Went in to purchase one game. Waited in line for a half hour while the employee played with trade ins. Is it that hard to open multiple registers? Find another gamestop.
