I saw bestbuy had a better price on product I simply asked if they would price match it some long haired red head dude rudely interrupted the employee I was talking too to very rudely tell me no we wont we have the same deal on Friday I responded ok but they have it today "then go to bestbuy" this is by far THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE a simple no sir Im sorry but we have the same sale on Friday or let me find out for you I would have gladly waited and come Friday and spent my money but now why should I with that terrible attitude and ridiculous service this is a joke I guess I will go to best buy and make my purchase their work on your customer service skills especially during THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME OF YEAR FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND MANY RETAILERS BUSINESS I will never come here again Ill just go to bestbuy up the street

Another terrible gamestop in town. The service here is rude and the staff obviously doesnt want to help anyone with anything. extremely rude especialy the guy with long blonde hair! I would not reccomend going to this location unless you want to be treated like a dog. this one is probably one of the worst in town. I have been to about 5 different gamestops in las vegas and most of them have terrible service and employees that have terrible attitudes.

All though I do agree with InfamousTruth about being treated poorly by the man with the long hair, glasses, and beard, every other staff member exceed my customer satisfaction expectations! They will help you find a game you are looking for based on a genre or similar game. Everyone (but the long hair glasses man [who I have not seen there lately, but Im going tomorrow and will update this..]) is very friendly and wants to help out the customer.

when i went there i didnt get assistance, the 2 employees at the cash register acted like they didnt know much about what i was talking about all i asked was how much was a used ps3 and or if they had a refurbished one then they completely egnored me when i was trying to ask another question.. didnt even respond when i said thank you..

These dudes are the coolest man. I come here all the time and they make sure you get help the second you walk in so that you get the game or gear you want. And they always make sure you get your moneys worth. Real great store (one of the best gamestops in town) I recommend it to everyone .

Stopped in cause I was in the area . Picked up a pre owned xb1 game ... checked it when I got In my car . Wasnt even a xb1 game it was a Xbox 360 game . Went right back in . Finally got home with the right game an it didnt work . Returned it to game stop by my house for one that worked

Gretchen is super helpful whenever I go in there. Its always nice talking to someone who really knows what there talking about and someone that realizes that I know alot about games so she can make some valid points whenever I want to get a game or system :) super friendly too :)

Went to this location 10 min before closing time, and the employees had already locked up, and when they saw me just gave a blank stare. It seems leaving on time is more important than serving your costumer. Now I dont see myself supporting this company.

I go out of my way to come to this location. Regular customers seem to benefit more from this store since they pretty much bring up your information by name when you walk in and talk with you on a personal level. Which is cool.

The best Gamestop ive been to so far besides the one at Citywalk in Hollywood. They know their stuff and they know me by name now when i walk through the door. Oh yeah and MY PS4 WHITE GLACIER IS PAID FOR NOW AYYYYYEEEEEE

Totally amazing service! Very friendly atmosphere and totally down to earth people working there!! The guy working was super helpful and really awesome dude. I so recommend going there if you need gaming supplies
