I have been here twice and the first time is was great because they happened to have a movie I really wanted for halloween and I couldnt find it anywhere else. This second time, the customer service was some of the worst I have experienced. I walked in with a hand full of movies and games and went up to the counter. Some very knowledgeable girl looked at me and said "can I help you with something?" I told her I had some movies and games to trade in and she said okay wait until Im finished Ill be done in just a minute. Then amother guy came to help and took me to the nearest counter. I was trading in a brand new un-opened ncaa football 14 ps3 game, which they wouldnt take because its not the current year. That made no sense to me since its clearly a place you would go looking for games of the older type that arent as expensive as game stop. Then I tried to trade in a copy of the movie never back down which had a slight water stain on the cover. Didnt change anything about the disc, but since the cover wasnt in pristine condition, they wont "buy it back." I didnt know this was a place where they only buy items back if they are in perfect condition. Finally I had a spiderman 2.1 copy in great condition and I was offered 10 cents. Literally, 10 cents. This place sucks. I will only go back to look for movies there, and that will only be after Ive checked every other possible place. I dont recommend wasting your time in this place.

Amazing selection and great prices. They have walls of music, racks of movies and games, and they resurface discs if youre in need. Found several items Ive been seeking for quite some time and Ive barely scratched the surface of their stock The only (albeit minor) concern is the staff; its not that theyre unfriendly or rude, or anything specifically negative, but theyre somewhat aloof in general. Theyre proficient, and theyve taken care of me whenever Ive visited, but Ive never been engaged or greeted except upon striding up to the counter with a prospective purchase in hand. Dont let that be a detractor, though; for the selection, its well worth the lack of personable air.

Rip off. Came to get some games valued, was given a reasonable price for them. Tested their honesty one last time, USING THE SAME GAMES, & their price went from $185 to $35??? Are you kidding me? So, youre better of selling your games individually on Ebay. And YES, their staff is quite rude, wont mention names, you know who you are.

The customer service was terrible the day I went in to pick up my movie I had ordered. The cashier was holding "town meeting" with the couple ahead of me. Instead of taking care of them quickly and at the same time being nice to them which I had no problem with, they all acted like I wasnt there.

Great selection of products, friendly informative staff. Ive bought a few games here and they were all in great condition. When you call in with a question, there is no hold and the staff is happy to suggest alternative options if they do not accept the game you are looking to trade in.

Can i give them a -⭐.. I took in DVDs that i had bought from Walmart not even a month ago because i needed gas an they came up with all kinds of excuses as why they couldnt use those then offered me 75 cents for a two DVD edition gtfoh with that !! Full of

This place sucks. They dont have a decent selection and their prices are laughable. Why shop there when I could shop anywhere else and get a better selection at a better price. Trust me, dont waste your time in this store.

Bad service , I called them to trade in some game and at first they said that they will give me $23 bucks for it , but then they said my game is stink and will give $20 for it , then hung up on me while Im talking

Its okay. Good bargain deals, but customer service here kinda sucks. Personally, they come off a little bitchy, but if you can ignore the attitudes its a nice place to get dvds.
