Don`t go here, please do this for your wallet. I used to go here a couple times and it was the worst thing I did to myself, might have been worst than smoking. The owner(he`s the old guy with the glasses) is really a egotistical person, thinks he knows "everything" there is to gaming because he worked at his shop for 20+ years(amazed a dump like that would last that long). He`s the owner(he denies it, called his shop once "saying im the owner of this store, worked this place from the ground up"). The Shop is bare bones like if a ebay seller did a garage sale, the games are really dirty, sold me a killer instinct snes game for $25 when it costs around $15-18 on Amazon. So he rips you off, has dirty games, has a terrible shop and is a terrible person in general. Don`t shop here, if you want to get retro games go to "A Gamer`s Paradise." Worth the trip, I got a Advance Wars Ds game for $17 when it costs $20-23 on Amazon. Don`t go here, this place should have closed forever like "Game World".

The first time I went to Vegas Repair I had high expectations considering their reviews but now I wonder if they wrote them all themselves under phony accounts, considering their services. My XBOX 360 had an unreadable disc error, which I figured is pretty common and should be an easy fix, but within the 2 times I took it here, they "FIXED IT" and somehow the XBOX 360 would not read discs. I thought it was my fault so I left it alone and waited a couple days till I decided to buy a new game and try it out. A brand new COD: Ghosts did not work on it because the disc was either unrecognized or "scratched" and when I decided to call them up on it the warranty was "expired since they have a 30 day warranty on disc drives" THEY NEVER FIXED! My advice to you, save your money until you can buy something new rather than expecting these two guys running a "back-alley" quality business to attempt to fix it.

I had them repair my ps3 yellow light of death and it worked fine after....For about 10 HOURS... He then told me that he would only charge me half price to repair it again.Screw him. Do not use them, they do a job that you could do yourself at home on youtube if you want it fixed. This fix will never last more than a year. I guarantee it and you can look it up. It is the truth. It is cheaper to buy a new one or call Sony and they will trade you for a new one for the same price as the repair...$100... Get a new one that will last and dont make my mistake and pay for a temporary fix..Call Sony and get a new one for the same price.....Let me say it one more time because it is retarded to fix it when YOU CAN GET A NEW ONE FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THIS TEMPORARY FIX...JUST CALL SONY AND THEY WILL SHIP YOU A NEW ONE FOR $100

The person in the store owner or manager whatever doesnt know anything about game systems sold me a useless worthless memory I couldnt even use in my 3ds 128 mb to save games and data yeah smart move jack ass said it was 4gb needed up buying memory elsewhere later at a quarter of the price for a 16gb card I paid $10, he wanted $20 for an 8gb "What thieves at this store" and a game that didnt work till I cleaned the cartridge mind you this was direct from his case good thing I checked it be for putting it into my system, he also knew nothing about anything I asked if it isnt a classic NES I dont think these guys can do anything scam artist and liars better off at WII PLAY GAMES, AMAZON, GAMESTOP. Plus just walking in the guy was rude and idiotic shouldnt of ever stopped here.

Nice enough crew. Although I did hear the couple who apparently owns the place talking about one of the people who came in today, it wasnt horrible. I also thought it was cool how the older gentlemen ( owner ) spoke with some of the kids who came in. They were teenagers...obviously enthralled with weed and a more unsavory style of music...and the kids/owner knew each other. It was cool to see him not looking at them like they were street trash. He gave them some advice about getting a job at the store...and they ended up being super respectful with him ( as respectful as kids these days are...there was still bad language going on ). As far as the store? My main issue is that ALL the games needed to be cleaned. The loose games where disgustingly dirty. Zero reason for this.

My PS3 is only a few years old. One day it stopped reading discs. I called up Sony. They told me it would be a hundred dollar service charge. They would send me a box and it would take two weeks. I knew the issue was with the laser but I didnt have time or the desire to try to fix it myself. So I asked Sony, "What kind of warranty or garuntee do I get on my repair?" They said, "None, its just a service charge. If you have another issue youll have to send it back and youll have to pay again." Brian over at Game repair quoted me 99 and a 30 day warranty. I dropped it off and he had a new laser in it the next day. Three weeks later I had a different issue where the unit wouldnt pull discs in. He had it fixed the next day, no charge. Excellent customer service and quality.

I had an Xbox 360 and games brought in for an in store credit. He gave me nothing but issues the whole time I was there. He huffed and puffed and in the end he said I can get $15 dollars for everything. I declined and went to gamestop, they gave me almost 30 bucks for everything but the Xbox console itself. Long story short, if you decide to go here do your homework. Dont let your kids go to this store alone without an adult. This guy will rip you off right in front of your face if you dont pay attention. The only good thing in this store is the older original games and even theyre over priced. Like I said though. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DONT LET HIM RIP YOU OFF!!!

These guys are great. My Xbox 360 broke and I took it there and it yet again worked. Ill be honest, it stopped working a week or so later so I sent it to Microsoft. Microsoft wouldnt fix it because these guys opened it up. So again, I took it back here. They were nice and even though my warranty with them expired they would fix it for free anyway. If they couldnt fix it, theyd sell me a used buy working Xbox 360 for just $50. They acknowledged that Microsoft actually gave me additional problems too after I sent it in. Im really thankful they are more loyal to their customers than Microsoft is.

Sometimes they can be a bit short handed and you will have to wait for someone to help you but that is really my only complaint. They are cheaper than Microsoft for out of warranty Xbox 360 repairs and are pretty fast too. Good selection of older 8bit and 16bit video games as well as the new stuff and used DVDs. The repair I use them the most for is fixing scratched discs $5 per disc and they throw it on a machine that makes it like new. Fun place to chat it up with the owner and employees who seem to know everything about every game too.
