I came into this store trying to return a ps3 that my ex-roommate bought for me. The only associate i saw was a lady on the computer and I wasnt greeted until i got to the counter and told the lady on the computer that i needed to do a return so she yelled for the associate in the back room to come out and take care of it. When i informed the associate that it was missing the usb charge cable, he turned to the lady and said "what do i do? Its from another store and it was missing the usb cable. Supposedly." That supposedly spoken ou loud was uncalled for. The lady then gets into the other computer to look for "notes" that the other store may have left about the system not having a cable. In the end, she refused to do helpme and do my return and told me i had to go back to mission valley which is not convenient for me to go to, hence why i came to this location in the1st place.

I dont even know why I continue to try and sell my games back to gamestop. I mine as well throw them in the garbage instead of wasting my gas money. I tried to sell them a few of my old games since I was upgrading to the Xbox One (these games were all no more than a year old, some of them less than 6 months). They offer me like 30 cents for one game 80 cents for another, I mean you mine as well spit in my face. What do I look like? A homeless person?? A took the games back and donated them to the local thrift shop.

The only three times Ive been there I had to wait over 15-30 minutes, being the second person in line. When I go in I usually already know what I want to purchase or trade, and want to make a simple transaction. This specific location is horribly staffed, employees have no sense of urgency. The last two times I watched frustrated customers walk out the door due to the progression of the line. I would recommend saving your gas and time and going on Amazon.

Ive been going here for months now and have never had a problem. Very friendly and helpful, especially if you know what you are talking about. I was going to buy a new game and the manager went to the back of the store and found a used version for less without me even asking. He said there is no reason to buy a new version if the used one has the same content for less. I will continue to go to this games top because of this service.

Very helpful employees with strong knowledge on making the right selection when purchasing. They get things figured out for me very quickly and pleased with this store. Close to home and always a quick visit. With their wide selection of games among many systems along with collectibles and plushies, I recommend going here. They also have consoles to try demos of some games before you buy.

Pre-paid in full for a CE of a game...they sold it our from under me while I was on vacation in France. The "regional manager" said he needed to sell it. After 6 smarmy explanations, I got my money back and a half-hearted apology. They refused to make a distinction between reserving a game and paying for it in full ahead of release. Go down the street to Midway.

The only guy working has a lame excuse for why he cant help a certain customer. After pulling a game off the shelf to buy he tells me its not in stock. Why is it on display? Its all amazon from here
