I recently went into this location hoping to buy NCAA 2011. While waiting for an borderline obese associate to ring up my purchase, I spent 10-15 minutes observing a sales associate lead around a mother trying to buy her son the same game. The sales associate talked down to the mother while she grew more and more frustrated. Right before she was about to leave I showed her the correct game to purchase and for the right system. After which the sales associate proceeded to mock the purchase as not a real gamers game. After more haggling on how she needed to get a new controller for her sons system the mother left quite confused and upset. Finally the sales associate rang me up and gave me attitude how i inferred with his sale. He made small snide remarks as i should play a real game some time, talking to me as if my business wasnt welcome because of my choice in video games. I will never come to this store again, even if it is less than 3 miles from my house. I would rather go to walmart and purchase a game and I can not stand walmart.

I could not find the Wii anywhere but at Game Stop and it was used, which was fine. Only thing is... they charge you more than the price of a new one once you factor in the cost of warranty AND I had to buy the game the original Wii comes with. This used Wii from Game Stop ended up costing me more than what a NEW one would have. (I know I said that twice now but it really makes me mad.) I even bought a gang load of accessories and they still wont give me a deal. So, yes they will have a Wii when no one else does but you should make make sure you walk into their store your wallet or purse shoved up your nose. Because the only way you will be walking out of the Game Stop with a Wii, is if you are prepared to pay through it. Good Luck!!!

I really dont know why this Gamestop has such bad reviews. I went in the other night 10 minutes before closing and even though the staff was in a hurry to close, they were still very helpful and friendly. Being in retail I understand that when closing you want to get customers out as soon as possible but in this sense I felt that that wasnt the case. The staff remained to help me with all my questions and I felt very satisfied with my experience. I would definitely go back if I lived in the immediate area.

I went to purchase a game and like everyone else who walks in for something, i start deciding whether to get this game or that game (unless you already have a game in mind) well while I couldnt decide on which one to get one of the employees came over and started asking me if I needed help, he then start giving me his opinions on both games and then asked me which one sounds better and once I told him he said it would give me a satisfying gaming experience which it did. Wonderful service in short.

For how small this gamestop is, its pretty good. The staff is nice, and if you are a console slave they have games. Personally, its go PC or go home in my opinion. The PC selection is the standard Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and Sims selection. They have guides and all sorts of card games, board games and action dolls. If you need a game and nothing else is close, go here and support your local store instead of buying online or at Walmart.

The game stop is pretty good overall but they have a problem of hiring lazy workers. I applied at this location before didnt get the job im surprised since i told them that i would make a great employee because im always up to date about the new consoles and games coming out on all platforms. Plus im a happy and polite person i mean i never worked before but im a fast learner wouldnt take me long to get the hang of things

This is the closet Gamestop near me so i am forced to go here, otherwise i would avoid it like the plague. One more than one occasion I had gotten home with my purchases only to find no disc in the case, forcing me to drive all the way back just to go get the disc. Some of the employes are ok but others are simply rude and dismissive. If you can help it, find yourself a different gamestop to shop at.

ive been buying games for 7 years at this gamestop, its by far the best one i know, theyre friendly, helpful, and very available, unlike other gamestops arownd the area, and not necessarily because they have bad customer service skills, theyre sinply very crowded, u love this place i honestly cant find anything bad to say, i really dnt get the where the bad reviews are coming from.

Certain employees are rude and dont even know anything about games including one called Anna and another guy .Place is nice they usually have the game you are looking for. Issues I have had are showing up when online it says they have a game in stock to find out they dont and employees being really rude I swear they need to get new people asap

Everytime I went they are always short staffed and always run out of everything I needed. Now that isnt always a big deal but it is if I am not the only one asking in the line and there response it I dont know when we will get more. Maybe in like 3 weeks. To me that is a very long time for something in high demand

Occasionally a long queue and wait. The staff is friendly, funny, and quite helpful. As a PC gamer its sad to see that there is nearly zero representation, but with digital client delivery you cant expect anything but websites (Gamestop online can have great deals.)

People say its a bad gamestop. But its not that bad. I think it depends oon your age. Im 14 and they treat me just fine. They dont have all the games people want but its because no one goes there. Its a good place to go if you want a quick easy cheap buy.

Bad representatives. There were 2 employees but only one was providing the service while the other one taking a nap. There were lots of customers waiting on the cashier.
