Tried calling for some information. They answered the first time and put me on hold, they didnt get back to me. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I called 2 more times after that and no one answered. So I went to the store to get the info, No staff in front, all in back. It took them about 3 minutes to come out and great me. Staff was real dismissive. I would not go back. Im glad Best Buy has the same programs GameStop has now.

This store location for game stop is the worst, further I refuse to ever walk in this particular store again. Rude extremely unprofessional employees especially the red head with NO name tag wearing the Battlefield 4 shirt. I will never shop at this location ever. You want a great one go out of your way to La Quinta were the staff is helpful and professional.

Whenever I want to buy some good olfashion video games, it has to be from this location. If there are any waits they arent long and all the employees have a wonderful and positive attitude.
