Brace yourself this is going to be long. My husband and I have been long LONG time customers of gamestop. We had our local GameStop on Union Hills that went to and we never had a single problem for the 2 years we had gone there. The employees even knew us and we always had a positive expirence. So you can imagine when we had to move, it really sucked, however we were glad to know that our new place was down the street from the northern Gamestop. Well the location is about as good as it gets with this place. Our very first time we stepped foot in this place the selection was and is significantly smaller which wasnt a big deal but just something to note. We bought games and everything was okay. Whenever we would return used games that we werent happy with we would get the stinky eye but notice more than that which still isnt pleasent but whatever, im in then out no harm done. It wasnt untill my husband and I bought a PSVR headset that we really started having problems. We returned the headset (COMPLETELY UNTOUCHED AND NOT OPENED, STILL IN THE SHIPPED BOX) and we got asked why were returned, fair question its a really hot item that everybody wants right now. We told them that we just needed to return for a personal reason (the reason being we needed the money for medical issue and obviously medical beats a piece of hardware) but thats obviously something I dont feel the need to go into detail about in a freaken gamestop. They kept asking us and interrogating us looking around the box and making sure it was open which again is fair of them but they were being really hostile and suspicious about it. At that point we had been going to this location for months they knew who we were. When they finally finished inspecting the box the manager scoffed, laughed, took the box and said, "whatever Im okay with it, this is going to sell really fast." RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!! AND THE EMPLOYEES LAUGHED! Needless to say that was a really crap thing to do, especially since we obviously didnt want to return it. They gladly took it but said they wouldnt return the entire money back and could only do store credit which became a huge problem untill after 30 minutes when we were able to final finish the trandaction. We finally had enough with this place when we wanted to get a new copy of a game we present order and paid in full weeks ahead only to be told they didnt have our copy and gave us a "new" copy that was being used for display. First of all you cant call it new if the employees have opened it, and two thats what reservations are for to hold a damn copy of the game and be there because I paid for it and I would expect a copy of the game I paid for to be set aside when I come in and get it and not be given away and I get the crappy display opened disc that "new". When we said we wanted a unopened version they said they dont do returns on new games even though we DIDNT TOUCH THE GAME. DIDNT PLAY IT DIDNT EVEN TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX we returned it in the EXACT condition it was given to us in. It wasnt untill my husband got so frustrated that they said they would do it "this time" and threaten to not let us back in the store because my husband said that was bullshit. That was the straw the camels back not everyone is rude there are 3 great employees that we actually enjoyed talking to and dealing with but Andrew and Kathleen are the two that are the worst to deal with. We never feel welcome with them and they always have the worse attitude and customer service. They never even look happy or like they are want to be there. Its a huge turn off from the store and Im going to talk to someone higher up about this because what we had to go through was more than ridiculous.

Andrew B. Had to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a gamestop. I am very new to gaming so Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to picking a game and frequently get lost when selecting from such a wide selection of different genres. Andrew B made sure I felt like an idiot for asking a simple question and had a high and mighty attitude when I finally made my selection. Im sorry Andrew I would have definitely picked a different game if I had some assistance from a friendly customer service agent. Do yourself a favor and find a different GameStop to visit. Meeting people like this is the reason people dont want to try new things like I said I have been gaming for a very short time about 2 months now and Im very discouraged on continuing.

I asked about the amazon displays in their store, and the person I spoke with said they did not have any, but they put the display up. lol it didnt make any sense. Also this may sound petty, but if you are looking for games for older games for older systems, they are not available anymore. I know they need to keep up with the times, but maybe consider changing your status online if you do not carry it anymore so the customer does not drive out of their way just to find that you do not carry it any longer.

Poor customer service and lack of customer service. I purchased my first xbox one to see if i would like it and after 3 days I went to return it. They said i could only sell it back to them but would get nothing close to what i paid. After reading their return policy online they could accept a return on it but because of a loop hole (reserve the right) they get to rip people off and make even more money on that same system. I will never shop at GameStop again.

This is my home store and I absolutely love it. Im an avid gamer which means Ive been to this store dozens of times and each time I walk through the door I always get a "whats up" or "youre back again!" Their customer service is spectacular and I get a laugh every time I go in there because they know my name and usually already know what Im looking for. Its like my own little cheers.

Been going to this GameStop for over 4 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable and their level of customer service is top notch. Store Manager Kathleen is an amazing person and business owner. She trains her employees well. Everyone is quick on finding what I want and is rarely out of stock on anything. Love visiting this store!

Came here a little while ago looking for some used Silent Hill games. They didnt happen to have them in stock (my fault for not calling in advance - we were just passing by) but the guys working here were incredibly helpful and fun to chat with about games. This is my new favorite Gamestop location, hands down. Thanks guys!

Good service even while they were very busy they helped us find what we needed at another location. Would be 5 stars if they would have had what we wanted at this store. And if they would take down the boxes for games from the shelves if they are out of them.
