I just posted this on LinkedIn. I have been wanting to Thank Roberto for a while. When bad things happen we all, including me, tend to see the negative. Love really does win in the end! Add to mine! MEB just had an incredible and dear employee pass away a couple of weeks ago. I was sincerely devastated. I went to Staples Office Supply and Roberto in printing could tell I was sad. He asked me if I was okay. I shared what happened. Roberto stopped what he was doing, came around the counter and said, " I am so sorry that happened, Susan". Roberto gave me a hug. This is some bullshit its 903 and the dam store is still close. Ummm hello your hours of operation says you open at 9, so me as a customer expect for you to be open at 9. Also two of your employees left without even saying anything like we are sorry we are trying to reach out manager to see why isnt it open. But no they get in their car and drive off like wtf. We dont have time to wait on you guys either open at 9 or change your hours of operation!!!

BAD...BAD... REALLY BAD customer services. The General Manager Benjamin is the worst... He was rude to me. I was waiting for some one to help me and he and a other employee keep talking each other.. I felt invisible... and them when he finally help me he was RUDE...I was talking to him and he just walk away from me... I dont know how he is the GM... this guy need to loose his job. He make me feel unwelcome... I feel like I was bothering him...

HORRIBLE STORE, ITS DIRTY, UNWELCOMING, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ACTUALLY THERES IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just had to walk out. Im writing this review cuz I wasted my time on making the trip there. They are very low staffed with the slowest people ever. Dont go unless youre going to buy a pencil, and theres someone to check you out.

I had major issues with my not so smart phone while trying to get some documents printed. Both Elizabeth and the other very nice young lady attendant were helpful and more patient than I expected. Thank you to both of them for being what customer service should, and used to, be about. Ive found my store from now on!

Worst Staples ever! Called 3 times all waiting 5-15mins and no one answered. Called before i got in the store and they were just looking at the phone as it rang! I asked why they are not answered my phone in hand and said was busy... nobody was in the store! Bad place! They were out of what i needed!

Every time I come to this store, I feel invisible. You can step up to the counter and no one will address you. Granted, they COULD be "busy" but the only reason they could be busy is because of customers so, it would be nice to be greeted and have some idea of when you will be helped.
