My Wife, Children, and I are highly upset and embarrassed based on our experience at this Walmart on Saturday, June 10th. So first, let me share my familys background. I am an Army Veteran who works at a Fortune 200 company, more so a Federal Savings Bank, and my spouse also works for a major financial institution, who combined make over 100k a year income. We have 4 children, 3 are school age and straight A students. Additionally, we serve our community in different capacities volunteering both in and out of the church. Additionally, we are homeowners and financially secure, which brings to me to this complaint. This location has a CRM named Georgia (last name unknown) who accused my family of attempting to swap merchandise and manipulate prices – Over some clothes hangers, nevertheless. This accusation took place at the checkout line in front of the cashier and several other customers. The hangars that we picked up were placed on a rack along with other hangars in bundles of 10. The CRM went to the back came back with an unopened box unit of hangars and in front of everyone exclaims “That’s what I thought.” My wife and I advised her that’s not the hangars we picked up because they were priced different. We saw those boxes and the cost would’ve been around $3 more for less hangars. So, she calls her Assistant Manager Cari, who instead of trying to understand my frustration and anger, threatens to kick me and my family out the store because I told her “I am offended that she’d accuse us, specifically me, a veteran, and I want that B**** fired”. I walked her back to the area where we found the hangars and showed her those, the boxes of the other hangars, and other hangars that were on the same price and pointed out there were zero open boxes, and. She offered to honor the price of 2 of the 7 packages we picked up. We declined out of principle, paid for the rest of the items and even pulled an extra 100 cash back to prove a point we don’t need to steal things or manipulate pricing. Prior to this interaction we came in to initially return a vacuum that was gifted to us, we didn’t have the receipt and the box appeared to never been open. Because earlier that week I returned a printer cartridge that was the wrong size and I couldn’t find the receipt, the counter rep needed a CRM. The same CRM declined the return, after having the rep open the box. Tried to say it was out of warranty based on the model, which I don’t know what that has to do with anything. She came over initially with an attitude and seemed determined to take her anger out on anyone including the reps and customers. I’ve returned items with and without receipts before and have never seen someone go through so much trouble to find an issue. Now I would agree the item even though the box appeared to never been open, the item had a nasty smell to it and look as if it may have been used, but we had no knowledge of this. After this interaction, we noticed that every aisle we went down Wal-Mart associates would go down, so clearly beforehand she had security following us. Even more so that they didn’t need to check our receipt for the larger item that we purchased, despite the regular process that when an item is not in a bag they check the receipt. I feel sympathetic to those who have to work with these two individuals. The CRM even was rude to the reps at the store. The ratings on this Walmart are horrible and mainly contribute to rude managers and customer service. Not to mention how disorganized and filthy this store is. Lucky i couldnt rate any lessor. By the way i spent over $200 with the transaction outside of the hangars.

Absolutely horrible. Im a long time shopper there and Im glad I dont live by that Walmart. From the lazy associates who ignored the phone and let it ring for almost 15 min before she threw down a movie let out a huge sigh and stomped over to it like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. On top of that Im a disabled Vet and I walk with a cane and the associated damn near knocked me over 4 times. I couldnt even use the bathroom because they closed them all off for "cleaning" get no one even went near the one in the back except employees using the restroom and walking out keeping customers from using it. If I was CEO I would close the store down and fire the lot of them. As my h as I despise target, if there was one closer I would probably start going there and thats huge. I absolutely hate target.

I actually like this walmart better than the other ones on the westside simply beacuse they seem to have better stuff, I dont know... I never notice the service because I have a life and I go in and out, get what I need, self checkout and duces... I dont really ask for assistance because I pretty much already know where stuff is at and if I dont, Ill look myself first... there has been occasions where I have had to ask clerks in the electronics dept a question and/or for assistance and they were actually really friendly and helpful. I guess you get what you give, and if youre an ugly person on the inside then your guilty coincence is going to make you feel like others are being ugly to you too...

As Wal-Marts go, this one is right about there with the rest of them. Id say the best difference to this store, would have to be the staff. They seem to enjoy working with one another, often joking around with each other. The lady that works as the door-greeter is very nice. It would seem as if she actually cared for your safety when she wishes you farewell and safe travels. The downside of this location however, would be the amount of pedestrian traffic in and around the store. The amount of traffic leads to carts thrown randomly throughout the parking lot and store items littering areas where they dont belong.

I usually go to another Walmart and am very pleased when I walk out the door with my purchase. Unfortunately, not this time. Prices are not marked properly on shelves and you will have to go hunting for help. When a ad match is questioned and you have the ad in your hand to show them, they still will not take care of the pricing. I usually do not give such a low rating, but if I could give zero stars I would. Bottom line, find another Walmart to shop at.
