This store is terrible!! Go to any sprint store other than this one they are crooks. Went here because they were the closest to us to upgrade our phones once we selected the devices we wanted and began checking out we were told there is a deposit required that can be waived if we purchased the same amount in accessories. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! Which we found out after talking to a different sprint store and sprint care. IF THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN WAIVE ANY DEPOSIT IF YOU BUY ACCESSORIES WALK OUT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! We were only able to get my wifes phone that which they scammed us on because they did not have the one I wanted in stock so I decided to stop at a different store in salt lake to upgrade my phone and had no deposit or out of pocket expense so I asked the manager at the store in salt lake why because I thought I would have to do the same accessory thing and was told that they lied to us in order to make their money on the accessories. When we confronted the tooele store about this they indeed confirmed that they mislead us and we were told they wouldnt do anything about it because we have already paid them. AGAIN DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE TO PURCHASE ANY DEVISE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!! ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AT THIS STORE! YOU CAN GET HIGHER QUALITY CASES ON AMAZON FOR HALF THE PRICE.

This store deserves no stars. I was excited to purchase my new iPhone but they were immediately trying to sell me half of the store. When I didnt want to buy a phone case, the MANAGER of the store tells me I was REQUIRED to purchase a phone accessory in order to purchase the phone and take it out of the store. I was hesitant but went with it. After purchasing, I was told I was only going to have one charge on my card, but there was two! YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A PHONE ACCESSORY WITH YOUR PHONE; learned this after contacting Sprint Customer Care. They refused to refund the accessory they FORCED upon me and now Im out $40! Hate this place! Very unprofessional. Sprint Customer Care is being extremely helpful in getting my money back!

Went into sprint today first time ever. I was greeted by a young man named Hunter. Who was verry polite and asked how i was doing and what i was looking for. I ended up getting the lg v20 which is the best fastest smart phone i ever had and a Glass protective screen. Which is always 5 dollers and some change to replace anytime it ever breaks. When it usually 40. 00 dollers. Thats the best deal ever. I recommend sprint over all those other slow ass networks to anyone getting a phone for the first time or just use common sense and switch to the best fastest network ever. Thank you so much tooele sprint for giving me the best experince

Miserable. NO Stars, completely incompetent. These people have taken me for a ride the last two weeks and despite their promises to fix the situation were never able to follow through. After they took my money, ordered my phone and then gave it away to another customer, refused to give me a full refund of the money I paid for a device I never received I am completely fed up. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I finally had to go to best buy to get decent customer service. I have been a loyal customer for seven years but after this I am super ready to give another carrier a try.

Worst Customer Service ever, then the employee tried to send me to a private business for repairs verses providing Sprint Customer Service! If sprint reads this definitely look into the employees at this location for review as they are hurting your profitability.

cant say enough good things about this store! Called to just see about upgrading our phones and Matt took it on him self to check our plan. He found a way to save us $39 a month and get our new phones. service was some of the best weve ever had from sprint

In store everyone is really nice but when it comes to calling the store they dont know how to answer their phones. It says they open at 10 am and its 10:30 am but no one is answering. LEARN HOW TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!
