Dave is a great guy who knows his stuff. He explained the entire process of using the electronic cigarettes, refilling them, how to charge the batteries everything a first ttime user needs to know. He sold it so well that my partner and I bought 2 sets, (1 for each of us). I really think this is going to work for me. Great Experience. I am looking to quit smoking cigarettes, as a health care worker its very important that patients not be exposed to smoke. Especially patients with respiratory issues. Most hospitals have banned smoking on the property completely. This is a great alternative!! Thanks Dave!!

I first started going to Daves shop a little over 3yrs ago when I was looking for a different alternative from tobacco. He set me up with a kit that was easy to use and inexpensive in case I didnt stick with it. Now 3yrs later I still go there because he is honest and will never steer me wrong and thats what I look for in doing business with anyone. I pass his cards out to everyone that has an interest in e-cigs or is looking for another place to do business. I could gone on forever about this place and what a great guy Dave is.

I recently relocated to Surprise and have visited several vape shops in the area. Although Ecigs is a small "Ma n Pa" small business it has everything I was looking for. Genuine service, knowledge of industry, and great products. I was also happy to find out they were the first brick and mortar in the state! The owner Dave is full of knowledge about juice, devices and changes in this industry. Their prices cant be beat, and I got my military discount of 10%! Ive found my "go to" for all my vaping needs.

Went there for the first time a couple hours ago. Excellent service and samples. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and kind as she introduced me to the delicious FORGE line of products. Where I live, in South East Idaho, can be very hard to get out of town during the winter months and she told me they would definitely be able to ship their products to me at a fair price. Definitely satisfied with this establishment.

This place is great!! The owner is awesome. He is honest about all products and will tell you exactly what you need to know, even if it means making less money on his end. He walks through each product and shows you how to use everything for us newbies and it is clear his customers love him (seen this every time I have been in the store). Highly recommend this place and encourage others to check it out!!

I have gone to this shop since they were at their original location on West Bell Rd. Dave and his wife have been nothing but courteous and helpful. They helped me find the right combination of electronic equipment and vape juice to be able to give up cigarettes. I am now using juice which contains 0 nicotine. Great Little shop, His Prices are good, a little bit more then the internet but hey hes got to make a living. Its because of that I rather spend a few extra bucks and get it in person/test is in person before I buy it. Hes very nice and always want to help. Store has best e cigs on the market! Owner will help and set up and teach. Best thing about e cig store is try it before u buy it! Im now smoke free after 25the years of a pack a day! I feel great. Go to the e cig store in surprise az and ull be a nonsmoker soon! 5 stars!

Its a one stop shop...they have a little bit of everything...and their prices are really low compared to other stores selling similar items. If you are in the vicinity, you have to stop in and check it out!
