The employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional. Ive never experienced such bad customer service with dealing with a leasing company. I always get some type of product from Rent A Center at least once a year. I will never do business with this company or this location again. Daniel/Store Manager doesnt seem to have knowledge of situations or calls between his customers and employees and advises you to speak with store employees after theyve escalated the call to him. I was quoted a pay off on one day and called to pay the material off the next day and to my surprise the cost has gone up to a different price prior to what Victor/CSR had given me for. This CSR was very impatient and rude. I hope these calls are recorded and I hope training is issued soon to direct these employees on how to deal with paying customers and the public. I will definitely escalate this issue to the President of the company if I have to. This has not been the only issue. I started making my payments online to avoid any interactions with these associates. Please be careful and mindful of how you treat a paying customer! Oh, and I wasted thirty minutes of my day calling the corporate office to speak with the District Leader Chris with no answer.

Manager was extremely rude when i was trying to get my phone back it was recently stolen from me and he is trying to say that they cant do anything to help me even tho i have a police report and everythinmg
