I have tried since 9 am this morning to get a extention was NOT able to get through..on hold for over 3o minutes at a time. Tried when i got off work to call not able to get anyone.came to my NEBORHOOD SPRINT Store and THE MANGER LILIANA WAS ABLE TO GET THRU FOR ME... SHE DID A AMAZING JOB FOR ME. VERY SWIFT AND ACCURATE :) PLEASE MAKE SURE SHE GETS KIDDOS FOR ME PLEASE!!! THANK YOU :)
