Just a quick heads up about this particular Game Stop. The staff are all really nice, and good at what they do. They manage to get through the whole, asking if you want to preorder anything, and the other sales pushes theyre required to do without coming off as pushy, which is tough to do. That being said, I did want to mention one consistent problem Ive had there: Pre-Order Codes. Today, I went to preorder a copy of Star Wars The Old Republic, and should have received a Pre-Order code for the early game access. Well, when I got home, it wasnt on my receipt. So, I called the store, was told to come back down and theyd print one out for me. I went back, they printed it, no big deal. Unfortunately, this wasnt the first time this has happened to me at this store. If it was, I wouldnt be writing this review. This is actually the third time from this location. Red Dead Redemption: Never got the code for the bonus pre-order outfit. Assassins Creed: Brotherhood: Never got the code for the Harlequin for multiplayer. For this one, I didnt get a chance to actually go in and pick it up until two days after the release date, I could tell the guy was looking around for the Pre-Order code cards, and couldnt find them, then was hoping I just wouldnt notice. After he handed me my receipt and the game, sans the Pre-Order code, I asked about it and was told that "Its in the box with the game." Lo and behold. I get home, open the game, no code. I knew it was a lie as soon as he said it because the preorder code is never in the game box. And today if I hadnt taken the time when I got home to search online and confirm that I should have gotten my Pre-Order code when I Pre-Ordered Old Republic and called the store, I would have probably missed out on the early game access. I really like all of the guys down there and I hate to provide any negative feedback on them, but come on guys, its not my job to remind you to make sure i get my Pre-Order bonuses, and if I dont get them, whats the incentive for Pre-Ordering? Take this as a cautionary tale all and if you know you were supposed to get a Pre-Order code, make sure you got it before you leave the store. You handed them money weeks or months before they gave you the actual game in order to get these bonuses. It sucks when you find out you did that for no reason at all, and it double sucks when you have to drive back to the store just to get the code they forgot to give you the first time. Again, Im not saying dont go to this store, just make sure you got what you paid for.

Very unprofessional customer service. I called in to get refurbished Xbox 360 prices and the employee pretended not to speak English. I called back later and another employee answered the phone with "hello". I responded "Is this Gamestop?". He said "well, that depends".
