The Vegas Repair team has been gratefully, professional, and prompt in repairing my xbox360, playstation 3, and my Nintendo wii when I had issues. When I got the red ring of death when I picked up my new call of duty game I didn’t want to send in the console to Microsoft nor did I want to spend another $300 for another console so I gave my buds at Vegas Repair a call and they told me to bring it down, 30 minutes after I drop it off I had a call about what it will cost and that I can come get it in an hour saving me a lot of $ overall. I had the same issue with my PS3 first edition the yellow light of death caused me to do the same thing, I enjoyed playing ps2 games on my ps3 and didn’t want to spend another 300 – 400 just for that or a blue ray player. Vegas Repair team was able to repair the laser that was causing my grief and the faulty chip that caused the GPU to fail. I had some issues with my Nintendo Wii that Vegas Repair was able to assist in repairing for me. Vegas Repair Team is very helpful team, I would always recommend anyone to them when they need a console, computer, or any electronics repaired.

Definitely recommending this place for PS4 repairs! Honestly, after going to Game Repair, all they said was to just give up and sell my ps4. Sigh, but I found this place on Craigslist / Yelp so I decided to try! Well then guess what? After 1 day of fixing, replacing parts, my ps4 was brought back to life! Believe this shop; your ps4 will come back to life. They have warranty if anything happens after your repair. Bottom line: I highly recommend this place for ps4 and Xbox One repairs due to their trained techs, knowledge of game systems and their parts. Make this your FIRST option to go for repairs rather than going to Game Repair. Youll waste your time and MONEY there. With Video Game Repair, they give you a right estimate and they will contact you to update you the status of your system. Amazing right? I know! Will come back to get a Xbox one fan installed soon!

R&M AUTO REPAIR XPERTS

These guys are fantastic! I actually run an auto repair shop, and one of my employees accidentally damaged the female USB port on our VERY expensive vehicle programming tool. I contacted Dave, and he said to bring the part by, and they would see what they could do for me. Mind you, this is not a video game console... however, they were able to repair my item for me, and also had it back to me the same day! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Keep up the great work guys. I wish there were more businesses like this one in the valley, what a lifesaver!

Wow! I cant believe how fast they are. My Playstation 4 Slims HDMI port broke, and they got it fixed in 5 hours! Ive googled and apparently its a very hard job to do. I called around, and everyone said it cant be done. Video Game Repair said they could get it done no problem, and they could even get it done today! Most importantly, My game saves are safe. I thought I lost everything. They cleaned the system out too! It was packed full of dust, now its clean inside. Very Highly recommended! Too bad theres not an option to give even more stars.

The shop was able to fix my New Nintendo 3DS speakers, which is why I came there. I got a recommendation to come here. What I get with those fixed speakers is that all of my downloaded games and themes were deleted and that I would have no way to log back into my Nintendo Network ID since the system thinks the account is associated with some other 3DS. Basically getting locked out of my own account. I got no warning or notice this would happen and got not even an apology for the inconvenience.

Wow, these guys are quick and professional. I brought my Playstation 4 in for a busted HDMI port, and they got it fixed for me. The cable was bent pretty bad, and many of the legs in the connector were all bent up. They confirmed the problem pretty quickly, and had a quote for me in an hour. 4 hours later, the job was done. it looks like factory. It doesnt even look like it was opened. They blew out all the dust too. Now it runs a lot quieter. Definitely go there for PS4 repair.

My Ps3 froze during playback and it kept giving me time and time again, even though the menus and console didnt lock up. I considered dropping my console to Video Game repair, but decided to ask for advice on what the problem can be. They totally helped me out and solved my problem. I was very appreciative of the honesty and quick reply and it solved my problem without costing me anything. If it does break, I will totally use them in the future. Thank you so much!!

I recently had a great experience at Video game repair. I came in with my Xbox One to be repaired. My disc drive stop reading discs and had a hard time ejecting the game discs. I like that this place only repairs game systems and wants to get my game console system fixed instead of trying to sell me another one. I had my Xbox back by the next day. Microsoft wanted over $150 and 3-4 weeks to get it back. I recommend bringing all your electronics here.

These guys are the best! I called to ask if they could repair my PS4 and the employee David was very helpful. They give totally FREE estimates (unlike some other repair shops) and will call you back fast. When I dropped off my system, the owner Corry was polite and let me know they would take care of me. My system was repaired quickly and the price was right. Im definitely bringing in my other systems and electronics to these guys in the future!

Great great service, I dropped my Wii off on a Wednesday morning at their shop in Las Vegas and was able to pick it up the same day. David and Eric and the whole staff at Video Game Repair were extremely knowledgeable about Xbox, Wii, Ps3, Iphones basically everything it was quite shocking. They definitely were a bright bunch that truly cared about helping their customers, and I will definitely be recommending all my friends to their shop. A+++

I took a Xbox 360 I picked up on craigslist to these guys. I was having an open tray problem. Not only did they fix it, they identified a faulty part replaced by their competitor (who didnt even put the screws back in). They were even able to meet me after they closed to make sure I got the system back before the weekend. they also gave a cash discount. If every buisness ran this way our economy wouldnt be crap. These guys were outstanding.

This place is awesome! I brought my Playstation 4 is because it wasnt accepting discs anymore. They had it diagnosed and called me about an hour after I dropped it off and promised to have it done the same day. A few hours later, they called and sure enough, they said it was ready. My system works great! They even cleaned it too. It was a bit dusty. They go above and beyond to do what they say, and then some.
