You wont find more knowledgeable and friendly gaming staff. Store is locally owned and active in the community. Youll find the owner and staff at all kinds of gaming events. My husband loves jrpgs, but we arent familiar with lots of them. The staff has always given me great reccomendations. There are lots of people there reminiscing about the retro games on the shelf and its fun to talk to them. It feels like a very welcoming place to go and feel a sense of community. Owner speaks japanese fluently and travels to Tokyo to hand pick the best import games and systems, so if you served your mission in Japan, or are from japan, or speak fluently in Japanese like I do, this is a fun place to go. Great prices, and the in-store credit is highest value Ive ever seen. Im regularly able to trade in games I bought from the store and get new ones from store credit.

Our iPad Air 2 screen recently broke a couple months ago. The case was also dented pretty good too. The worst part about it was the LCD screen and glass on that version are one piece so the replacement piece costed $175 dollars alone. So when they ordered the replacement, I didnt want to leave the iPad with them, so they just took a $40 deposit. The day it arrived, I dropped it off and within just a couple hours it was fixed. They fixed the dent as much as they could that it all fit together, so it doesnt look new but it does work as if new! Labor was about $50. Total of $225 to fix, but thats better than paying $650 again! I would totally recommend them; which I actually just did tonight to my sister-in-law (thus remembering to write a review).

These guys are awesome! I dropped my Iphone in water and it stopped working. I took it to another place that kept it all day long and couldnt fix it for whatever reason they said the phone was just dead. So my sister recommended GameChangers. So at 6:30 I dropped it off with them and within 2 hours they had my phone working like new! I am super happy with the service I received. It was also extremely affordable. They replaced my screen and fixed the water damaged area all for $120. They were also really friendly and nice to talk with. Just a great place !

I love these guys!! I bought a used play station and they gave me two controllers, cleaned my games and threw in some Xbox accessories for super cheap for my family. I brought the controllers back (within the 30 day guarantee) because they were not functioning good and they gave me two more controllers with no questions asked. when you are in competition with places that have much more money than you, your only real course is to offer helpful and friendly, service. these guys go above and beyond this every time we walk through those doors, and often times, we will simply go in to converse about problems we (my wife and i) are facing in the games we purchased. i highly recommend these guys to everyone i know, and if you like feeling like norm from cheers, then this is the company for you. thank you guys, you are awesome!

We had a friend recommend Game Changerz to get a screen fixed on an iPhone 7. During the repair misfortune happened and they were amazing to deal with. They treated us right from the beginning. It wasnt even any fault of theirs and they STILL took care of us! We would recommend this place to ANYONE! On top of all of this, they had by far the most reasonable prices for all of their services!

Ive visited every game store from Logan to Provo and the Orem Game Changerz is my favorite. They have games for all my favorite systems from Atari 2600 to PS4. Not to mention quality Japanese imports. They are cheapest Ive found to resurface discs, and their game prices are very reasonable in a booming market. Michael is the manager and really knows a lot about games over every platform.

I called to see if they could do a repair, and was asked to call back twice. Finally, I got confirmation that they could do the needed repair, and they gave me a price and a day to go in. When I went in on that day, they told me they couldnt do the repair. They would have saved me a lot of time and gas if they had been able to tell me that over the phone.

Lots of great old games. They had the connector cord I needed so it saved me the wait and cost of buying online. Shopkeep was knowledgeable. The interior of the shop was a bit drab and tired looking. Maybe its a dumb reason to not give five stars. The games are low priced. Worth the visit particularly if you want games for an older console.

I walked in and instantly felt unwelcome from one of the employees as well as a customer he was chatting with. I tried being friendly and was met with a scowl of disapproval. I browsed for a few minutes but finally felt like they wanted me gone so I left. I was pretty upset and dont intend to go back.

Sprint wanted $100 and seven days to fix my cracked iPhone screen, even with the insurance I pay. These guys did it for $89 and only took twenty minutes, and they did a great job. They also had the extra special old video game that a friend wanted for Christmas, so kudos to them.
