Was hoping to score a wii fror my sons birthday. They said they they dont have any and then they said hold we "might" have one". So I rushed there and they sold me one. It had no shrink wrap, but then I dont know if it come with one on or not. I paid 249.99 + tax and went to my car. Fortunately I thought I would open the box and check since the outer tabs seemed a little ripped. And then I saw the batteries for the remote were open. I know they must be at least in plastic or a shrink wrap. So I took it back in and asked them. the lady there said Oh thats how I got mine too. I said lets check and some other hardware had no plastic bags on them. The nunchuck had plastic, but the tape that is supposed to hold it closed was open. So I returned it. They did not offer any apology for trying to sell me used as new. May be they did not know it before they sold it to me. But after I showed them at least a sorry would have worked. But I am glad I am not giving a used Wii to my son on his birthday!

This is aimed more at corporate than anything. First off, how the hell do you sell COD Black Ops for $40? And how the hell do you get away with making your employees look like a-holes because they have to sell NFS most wanted (The original, not the new one) for $40? I owned that game for my PC back in 06 (6 years ago, really?) I understand the staff looks shisty, but most of that comes from corporate, who makes these stupid rules (and cmon, who really wants to lose a job at Gamestop?) and make the lower level people look bad. Next time someone writes a bad review on here, find out if its the guys at the bottom, or the fat cats up top before you bash.

None of the employees here give me any reasons to dislike this store. They are knowledgeable, and sympathetic in my perspective. Kai, (the man with brown, long hair) has to be the most helpful GameStop employee I have ever acquainted with. We had a small conflict due to a problem with a preorder. Their computer systems regarding the matter werent working properly. But once the problem was resolved, I got my pre-order, and the employees gave me a free item. I was grateful, for they didnt have to do such a thing. I recommend this GameStop sincerely, the customer service is superb, and I look forward to going there next time.

Not one of the better GameStop locations in the area. Its not usually busy, but the customer service here simply isnt as good as at other locations. Ive just had to deal with rude/apathetic employees a little too frequently. Ive also had issues with trading in games and consoles here--during Gamestops "equal cash for trades" promotion I got turned down because I brought in too many things. I went to another location instead that was happy to help me. Try the San Tan Mall location instead.

Their phone service is craptastic I called an employee that answered long enough to tell me to please hold so im walking around a walmart with my phone stuck to my head for 5 min Like a weirdo until they finally just hung up on me I bet the inside of the store might be decent but theyre HR needs a little more time to work with the employees

I received bf4 and when i got home i noticed it was supposed to come with dog tags, but they completely forgot about them, so i called and they were completely rude saying "you should of picked it up on the day of!" which it was... and they said they ran out. The store also does not know anything on the china rising extra...

The girl that works there is really hot. Wouldnt mind shrinking down and being swallowed alive by her. The dude with the long hair seems to be the only knowledgeable helpful person there. Everyone else seems to be useless or liars to avoid work. Including the girl, but at least shes hot.

Picked up a Pre-Owned PSP game today with a friend, staff was funny to chat with when checking out even though they had long lines but the wait was short. Very roomie for its location, clean and organized. I wouldnt mind coming here again when looking for a hard to find game :)

I had an issue with the an associate at this location. She demonstrated poor service and has very low intergrity. When I addressed the theft incident with management he made me feel like I was the thief. Drive down the road to a different Gamestop please!

This gamestop is terrible! I am a female and every time i bring my son in the manager always eye goggles me and even had the nerve to try and hit on me in front of my son! Stay out of here ladys they have no respect!
