This place is atrocious. I have never had the displeasure of visiting a store with such apathetic, careless employees. I live only a few blocks away, so I have tried to shop at this location more than a few times; I naively thought that I could receive my product more quickly and that it could be more convenient than buying online. This is definitely not the case. I have tried several times to purchase new releases at this location, however, every time I tried I have been told that this isnt possible because I didnt have the forethought to pre-order the product prior to release. Having learned my lesson during the first three visits, I recently attempted to actually pre-order a product so that I could assure that it would be in stock. No such luck, as they are sold out. What? Are you serious? How can you generate profit if you dont actually sell merchandise? I would desperately like to know because I cant seem to buy anything no matter how hard I try. What a joke. My advice: stick with Amazon.

It was horrible. The manager is way rude and doesnt want to help anybody. I am definitely never going to this store again. I was trying to return some games I bought online, and he wouldnt take them back, even though the packing label told me I could return them to any gamestop. He said because one of the games was in a bundle, if I returned it, I would actually have to pay him money. I couldnt believe it. Please, save yourself the time, and go somewhere else unless you want a bad experience.

Bought 2 "new" games from here. 1 of them, i watched them open it, look at the game, then put the plastic cover over the case. The other, the disk was rattling loose in the case and is scratched. They also only offered me 30$ for my xbox 360 with several games when they would sell it for 100$ and they bought a ps4 from someone for 175$ and sold it for 300$. Kind of a ripoff.

I had made a trip here to return an online order that I no longer needed. It was fairly quick, was easy, and the staff was friendly. The employee even gave me cash back because he didnt know how to refund PayPal, so that was nice. The one thing I dont like is that they always try to upsell everything, even on a phone call. Overall, not a bad experience.

Walked in and it smelled like a boys bedroom that has dirty clothes lying all over the place. Someone that works here should go to Bath and Body Works next door and buy some air fresheners. Also, the containers of game merch is very unorganized and trashy. I feel like Im shopping at a garage sale when Im at this store

I am never going into this store again. The staff is rude and everything is overpriced. They are terribly misinformed about the next gen consoles, and they ask for an ID every time I go there to make a purchase, and I am over 30. Id rather just purchase via Amazon. Its cheaper there anyway.

Great and happy people work there. The selection is pretty good, but what sets this place apart from others is the store manager. She is always proud of her store and makes sure patrons are taken care of. Above all the gamestops in utah...I always go here to buy.

Great location for buying used games! Cheaper than eBay and other online services. They dont give you much for your games though so dont walk in hoping to trade straight across. Good quick service, not too busy most of the time.

Go to the GameStop in the Provo Mall. They run their business much better there. The policies at this one are jacked up and the employees could care less.

I tried to sell 13 games and most were around 10-30 dollars, and they offered me 30 dollars when I couldve gotten 157 selling each separately.
