This store will be getting much more of my business in the future than anywhere else. The employees are all very friendly, and know about what it is they are selling (unlike the last time I was in a GameStop.) This is also impressive considering the store carries everything from NES games to modern systems. Also, if youre looking for anime paraphernalia or the like, they have an okay selection of stuff. Apparently when I went in some of their items were up at Comic Con, but I barely noticed. When I went to purchase, the nice old lady who ran the store knocked a dollar off everything I bought. All in all, I think I saved about 50 dollars on 90 dollars of stuff by shopping here. Some games do seem overpriced, especially back in the GBA and GBC sections, but they are almost all still in boxes with manuals included. They will definitely be seeing me again this summer. APPEND: Went to return a PSP battery today that was counterfeit. They refused to take it even though it was within their 30 day warranty. The old lady who runs the place seems much nicer than the other employees. They are much friendlier when you are buying things than when you are trying to get your moneys worth.

This place is a freaking joke. The owner left me on hold for 30 minutes while she was suppose to search for a game. When I hung up and called back all she said was she forgot and asked what I wanted. I decided to go in the store and purchase a Nintendo 64 from her. On the phone she told me they were $50. In store she charged me $70 for one console and one controller. Now all the other stores in the valley sell these consoles as a set with two controllers. When I told her that she just shook her head and called me a liar. So I spent an additional $24 on another controller. I also had to buy a memory card which the sticker said 7.99 and she said they were 12.99 and charged me for that. She also rang me up for an incorrect game that I didnt want and when I asked for a refund she told me no that she doesnt do refunds, even though I didnt want this game to begin with. Fallout games are half the price then this store and she even admitted that she up charges because she can. So buyer beware this lady is a terrible person!

5 STARS, IT WONT LET ME CHANGE THE STARS- THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, BEST GAMERS STORE ANYWHERE AROUND! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING- From Kaleco vision-PONG to the Games that are comming out tomorrow! JoAnne ROCKS TOO! 1 STOP GAME SHOP, Gamers Paradise!! Mom & Pop Gamer store. Not your BS gamestop or commercial jacked up prices. EVEN BETTER, if they dont have it, they will have it ordered for you the next day. I have yet to not find a game I was looking for. Remember paperboy and tecmo bowl! Yup, they had em. Thet have everything. and the place is a million times better than gamestop and walmart, target. Once you go there you will never go anywhere else. They also have the new games and systems the day they come out, so your not the idiot standing in line at best buy overnight to get a system. My hidden gem, Love this place bros! Im putting 1 star so I dont have all you people getting my PS4 first!! LOL

Prices are competitive enough. Newer games are sold at the same price as other stores like Gamestop. Older used games you can find at a good bargain. The store is really homely. The lady that runs the store is really sweet as well, she has been helpful every time I have visited. The selection of older games and consoles is surprising. There is even a Sega Dreamcast in there, I saw the Dreamcast web surfer disc. I wonder if you can still get online with it? (tangent) I enjoy looking around at all of the stuff thats in there, even stuff that isnt games. All and all, its a bit of a drive for me. But I think its worth it for the experience. :)

Didnt have what I was looking for (but neither did 6 Bookmans locations, so what can ya do). I wish this place had a greater influx of business. It seems that this is an overlooked, gamers HEAVEN. Tons of boxed games, sealed wall art, hanging posters, trading cards, SEALED Playstation 1 games, figures, Mario and Zelda plushie figures, among so many other GEMS! Please, please, please, stop by this place. Every time Ive gone there, I havent seen many people there. However, I wouldnt normally count on Saturdays and Sundays (the times I go) for huge traffic there. This is the place for any gamer.

Never going back, this place should be closed or brought to the BBB due to the fact that the owner overcharges for all products in the store and the price tags are viewed as optional by the owner and are subject to severe changes, the "All sales are FINAL" bs that is pulled regularly and a few customers as well as i were charged for an item we didnt have on the counter or in possession and refused to either take it off or give it to us/show where it was and called the cops if you left with said item you were charged extra for. AVOID THIS STORE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Place is a little small, but they have a constant rotating stock of older generation games. Large amount of ps2, some xbox and n64 games. Some ps3 and 360 games as well. They also sell the consoles at a better price than bookmans. Prices are reasonable as well. Most expensive used game Ive bought was 25, but it was Dino crisis 2 for the ps1 so I understood, worth checking out if you want to buy games you used to play or have to replace copies youve broken, and Id rather support a local shop instead of a chain.

This is a great place to visit if youre looking for rare and discontinued items from Japan. They have a wide selection of video game merchandise, but more old then new. Ive walked into their store multiple times and the lady who works here let me knock the price down by $1 on some items I bought. I just have to mention that the prices are a bit high. Just come here with plenty of money. Also, Keep your eyes open, this place is pretty small and you can find great things hidden.

A wide selection of games but the vast majority of their discs are scratched pretty badly. (Spoiler alert, you dont use a coarse rag and go in circular motions to clean a disc.) I was told the games "should work" but hadnt been properly cleaned or tested. Bought a GameCube game and was told if it didnt work I could bring it back. It didnt work. I brought it back and they wouldnt give me my money back. I had to get store credit and even then it was like pulling teeth.

Seems to be a great spot when looking for vintage and older games/consoles. If you have the time and looking to treasure hunt for games you might just find it here. Has a hoarder vibe and imagine they have been around since the early 90s. I didnt find what I was looking for and price, on newer games, are not going to be as great as if you buy them from BB,Gamestop or AMZ. Took me back seeing all the old games like NES cartridges.
