These guys are CROOKS!! I was sold two fridges that didnt work and would NEVER GO BACK!! I realized when l got the first fridge home, that the door gaskets were torn to shreds on the bottom of the door. A day or so later, when l plugged it in, it did not produce ANY cold air at all, even on the coldest setting, even after 24 hours. They clearly had not even plugged in the fridge to make sure it worked. Just cleaned it a little so it looked sellable on first glance. l drove 2 hours back to MD to exchange it for another fridge. This one looked a bit newer, and l tried it in the store to make sure it put out cold air. When l got it home and tried to use it, it froze all our food, even on the warmest fridge setting. This place is a SCAM!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found their add on Craigslist and went to check them out. We had an older Kenmore washer that was not working. They made a home visit to check it out and determined that it was not worth repairing. Sold us a similar Whirlpool unit [delivered to the home, and picked-up the broken one] at a reasonable price that included the cost of the diagnostic. We were very comfortable with their services.

We were having issues with an older washer. They charge for the service call, but quickly identified the issue as being more than the washer was worth [not worth repairing]. They offered up the service charge as a discount on a replacement. Its been 2yrs and we have had no issues with the replacement, which was a fair price.

Regret buying from this store, product went bad after abt 3 weeks. He wouldnt refund nor cooperate to resolve issues, still have the bad refrigerator to remind me never to buy from this store again.

Horrible products bought a refrigerator and less than 3 months it went bad. I should have read reviews before dealing with these scam artists. Buyer beware these guys are not honest or trust worthy.
