Homestead Red

Very poor experience. Sales man we worked with, Pat, was very pushy and rude. Actually talked to other employees as if they were less than he, in front of customers. Complained to us about the hassle of returning a broken range from our home to the store (that was less than 2 weeks old) and then bullied us until we purhased couches so that the delivery (for the stove that we already purchased) would be free. Now four months later, said couches (that we paid $2k for) are falling apart with minimal use. Attempted to contact store for help resolving the issues and have yet to hear back. Overall, horrible experience which is very disappointing as we enjoy shopping and giving our money local businesses. For this store, stick with the big box stores.

Stopped in yesterday to look at mattresses and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The man who I spoke with said, "my name is on the front of the store so I can do what I want," and when the sale wasnt going the way he had anticipated he abruptly left the room with the mattresses and turned off all the lights as myself and my mother stood there in the dark. Beyond rude. Im not sure how that kind of service or attitude is going to help a business succeed, but I know I will never purchase anything from Rozman Bros. This man and his store doesnt even deserve one star.

Long time Rozman Bros. customer, unfortunately Home Depot and Lowes giant advertising campaigns won me over for awhile. Poor customer service, over billing, false advertising and terrible delivery people and practices were a waste of time, money and energy that quickly brought me back to the professional folks at Rozman Bros. Thank you Rozman Bros. Inc for the great products,customer service, installation and delivery!

Family Owned 5 Star Service. I have purchased several appliances from them. When a big box retailer failed to show up with new fridge they came through like champs. Got new washer/dryer issue with washer no problem. We will bring a new one that day! Best prices. Family owned. Made in America Proud. Only place to go in Central PA.

Had to get a washer quick, competitors said more than a week for delivery. Got the washer the next day. The salesman was great and gave us a good deal and the installers were very friendly. A++++++++
