I place an internet order with a manufacturers retail outlet that used Coolest Toys on Earth as a fulfiller. I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number a few days later, but USPS has no record of the number. I waited a few days to make sure it wasnt just a tracking report lag, but still no record of the shipment. I sent an email to Elliot the next day, to which he never replied. The next day I called several times during their posted business hours and just reached their voicemail each time. Finally late in the day on my 7th call I did get him on the phone. He was short and not helpful and suggested that the package was lost in shipping, before he even knew my name or the order # in question. He promised to check on it and call me back, but never did. Over the next several days I called many times, always getting the voicemail, and get no replies from my messages. The manufacturer has tried multiple times to reach him, only succeeding once, getting a promise for a follow up call back that never came. Elliot has my money from the purchase and does nothing to resolve the problem. Do business with him at your own risk.

Arrived at the store in Milford, at 5:50 and they were closing, even though their web site says they close at 7:00pm. The person working the store came to the door and said he was already closing and that he couldnt help me, even though I knew what I wanted to purchase. He suggested that I should go to the store in Maderira, as they have more and open til 7:00pm. I drove to Madeira, only to find the store had closed at 6:00pm. I drove from Kentucky to purchase my son a birthday present only to find that their web site is incorrect and the other store has no idea what they are talking about and wasted 2 and half hours trying to shop there. Last time that will happen. It seems that they operate only when they they want to. Not happy with this store.

I had the worst experience with the mangement. The manager has an OCD problem with me trying the product, then yelled at me for testing the display products. Prices on the product are to high. Spent over $100 in this store and products were broken when I opened the product at home. Same manger who yelled at me, wouldnt take the returns. Worst experience ever will never go back.

With the internet, you can probably find most of what they carry online and cheaper, but then you wouldnt get the pleasure of shopping this fantastic array of toys and gadgets for all ages sold by people that enjoy playing as much as the kids do. There is something for everyone and at almost any price point.

Some neat stuff in this place for kids of a wide age range. I found everything from plush animals to complicated brain teasers. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit higher on the things I looked at (mainly brain teasers) than I have seen in other stores.

coolest toys on earth is the best! it is a fun environment with great service, very kid-friendly. the only drawback is price, but service makes up for that. great birthday gifts/Christmas for ages 5-15. definitely recommend.

If you like puzzles and mind benders and toys you dont see everywhere - then this will be your new favorite toy store. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. Great place to find a gift for a young or "old" kid.
