Family all enjoys coming here after dinner or before a movie to check out the new toys and play with some of them. Prices are rarely the best. Bathrooms could used to be updated. Something feels old and failing about the exit too. Like other parts of the store have been updated over the years but the checkouts and exit are stuck in the early 90s. Does that make sense?

Horrible. I went into this store and I was taking pictures to send to my brother to make sure I was getting him the right toy he wanted. And this random staff worker came up to me and said, "We dont allow any photography or video taping in the store." Im never going to this Toys R Us again.

Okay if youre looking for toys for young kids and teens but a bit expensive for the quality of some. Videogames and certain electronics sold here as well. Would recommend it if toys, electronics and baby items are the only thing on your shopping list.

Not a large selection for infants - very limited availability of assorted items. Youre better off making a trip to Babies R Us on 28th Street. Always a decent experience, but the store seems a little bleak. Definitely overdue for some updating.

A little disappointed because they didnt have the toy I drove 40 minutes for butttttt they had a ton of toys on sale and the staff was super nice and helpful. :)

They would not sell floor model bike and were out of what we wanted rude people we will never be back toys r us I understand why your stores are dwindling.

I like their selection of bikes (and you can try them out in the aisles), and you can always find a birthday present for a child here.
