Will never shop here again. Not only was the car that I got my little girl for Chritmas was defected. They wanted to charge me to get another shipped to me. Just because they didnt have one in the store to replace the broken one. I will never buy from them again to have my child disappointed at Christmas . Plus the replacement will take 5 to 20 days to get here . Whatever happen to good customer service.

Toys "R" Us decided to raise the price of an item by $50 dollars! I printed the item off of my wish list. Came back the next day to purchase online and they raised the price AND WILL NOT HONOR THE PRICE FROM THE DAY BEFORE! How do they expect people to buy Christmas presents for their children by raising the prices that dramatically!!!

Bathrooms are always terribly disgusting and its always soooo hot in this store for some reason.
