I was in the store on Saturday August 3rd with my 5 year old son. We were going there to purchase something special for him for his 6th birthday coming up. We looked around and found a Razor dirt bike that he loved. The floor model they had didnt have a price on it so I asked for help and a man came over and looked it up for me on the computer in the department the dirt bike was in. He told me it was 469.00 dollars so we proceeded to take the dirt bike off the shelf and wheel it up to the cash register to pay for it. My son was so happy and so was I because he has wanted a dirt bike for as long as I can remember. We get up to the register and they call some one on the walkie talkie to tell them Im going to need the manual and charger for the dirt bike. The Manager came to the register and told me I couldnt purchase the floor model and that they had any in stock. Immediately my son started crying and my heart broke as she told us this. W went through all the steps to purchase this. Talked to two associates who obviously didnt know the company policy and then had a manager tell us we couldnt buy it and was rude about it. I had planned on spending $550 dollars in your store that day and because of employees not knowing their job and a rude manager that didnt happen. have a nice day.

Went to this Toys R Us store to wait in line for the last shipment of hatchimals before xmas. While we were waiting outside this store in the freezing rain an employee (possibly the manager) pulled up and was so energetic and nice to all the customer (it was 5am and they didnt open until 6am). He took our picture and got everyone excited, to spite the weather and time of morning we were there, and reassured everyone they would receive a hatchimal. He also let us come inside the store an hour earlier so we could get out of the horrible weather. This employee was so kind and positive and those qualities can be hard to find when someone is working in retail during the hectic holiday season. This gentleman was a real life Mr. Duncan from Home Alone 2 :)

I created a baby registry with them and though the registry part was enjoyable in-store, (the people were very nice), they carry very little stock at this store. Also, a big reason I started my registry was for the 10% completion coupon. I never received it and have been shuffled around to three different phone numbers, (they dont answer at the store unfortunately), and still no coupon. I am beginning to feel like it is just a gimmick to get your business and they have no intention on delivering. Quite a disappointment with the large costs it takes to prepare for a new baby. Being misled just adds to the stress.

People there are usually friendly and helpful. The store is well organized, and toys are usually in their places. My only complaints are that many times items have no price, and sales and discounts can be confusing. Also, checking out usually takes a long time whether there are a lot of customers, or only a few. This can be problematic when you have a toddler that doesnt understand waiting in line. Its a minor complaint though. We still enjoy shopping there.

Shopped several areas in the store Saturday after Thanksgiving. The employees were friendly and helpful. I have not idea how they keep their sanity with so much chaos from so many shoppers. While at the electronics department we were looking at tablets and met an employee who was also knowledgeable. We purchased two Samsung tablets on sale. It even included a $40 gift certificate. Overall, it was a good experience.

I understand it is 11:00pm thursday night before black friday but to stand in a line at the back corner of the store with the front being the destinationfor 1 hr. And take 5 steps is a little ridiculous (need more helpfull employees that understands there place of business) not one could answer simple questions.

Exceptional service. The bad thing is that they dont unpack merchandise they just stack it up in the isles in shipping boxes. Id have bought more if I hadnt gotten tired of opening boxes to find something I knew they had in stock. When I was a kid this place was fun now its like a warehouse.

Huge variety of almost any toy. I bought animal toys, animal miniatures. They have a variety of brands. I was able to buy some on sale and my nephew loved those animals. I algo got a doll for my niece at a good price. Service was good, but can be very busy during Christmas, when I went!

Very clean and a great layout. Prices are great with their sales. Its always a pleasure to go. Just as much as it was when I was a kid. I guess I will actually always be a Toys "R" Us kid at heart.

im a grown man and i love toys r us. this location specifically. always helpful staff and fairly efficient checkout to be the only toys r us in lexington amd on nicholasville road.

Ummm toys everywhere!!! Duh... That and they had several cashiers available so we had a very short checkout time. They were friendly too.

Good selection of Dildos. Except the battery that comes with the vibrating ones run out in about a week. Overall good purchase.
