I insisted that I talk to the Store Mgr, John, because we purchased a Product Protection Plan 18 months ago but never did the registration step and John called the PPP company and got us registered on the original purchase date and now we can send in our XBox and not have to pay anything because John went above and beyond to make me happy. I tried calling the store before months ago and they turned me away, I may have been talking to one of the store assistant mgrs, but this time I insisted that I talk to the store mgr and he was polite and very, very helpful. Actually, he was so helpful had he not been successful I would have been satisfied that he did all he could and that he really cared. I started the call with a big attitude thinking that I would have to fight to get good service and John just did his thing and made it happen! Thanks John! P.S. If you buy a PPP, register it when you get home! I wish they would do this for you, but at least this mgr made it a good ending, good luck if you mgr is not as accommodating.

My husband and I purchased a wooden playground set. We paid in full, but they had to order it. They said it would be in in 7- 10 days. We never got a phone call. After speaking with a manager named Todd on the phone, I was asked for my number and he said he was calling the ware house to check. I never received a call back, so the next day went to the store in person. I was told that the order had been canceled and that they reordered it and it would be in on Saturday. Again, no phone call. Today I called and was told that this order had once again been canceled. They could offer me a different playground (that did not have the same features) and 10% off the $499. We had already paid a lower price than that for the playground, which tells me this manager didnt even know what was going on. I went in person to the store and did get my money back - the manager did not even come out to the service desk. My kids are disappointed (I have 3 and one on the way), and I will never shop at this store again.

Great selection of toys and very good prices. I compared the prices of well over a dozen toys with prices on Amazon and Toys-R-Us was much cheaper on all but one toy. The employee were pleasant and helpful, and the store was clean. Be careful when youre leaving the parking lot, because the road is curved in front of the store and you cant see oncoming vehicles until they come flying around the corner. We almost got hit.

Called this store 8/14/17 after Amazon notified me that my eclipse glasses were recalled. This store told me they would have a truck delivering a shipment of the glasses Thursday (today), and to come in at opening. I took off work this morning and made the hour drive. When I got there I was told plainly "sorry we didnt receive any glasses on this mornings shipment." Now Im screwed, thanks for wasting my time/money.

I was trying to purchase a Nabi tablet for my daughter I went to the register and ask for help, I told her I was trying to purchase it, she said she was going to meet me over there or send someone, it was early in the morning so store was not busy at all, I walk in front of her twice and never ask me if I had been help, she saw me walking out of other store and didnt mentioned no word. Worse customer service

We had something very unfortunate happen on Bkack Friday and this specific store has went above and beyond to make things right for us. We had a bag stolen out of the buggy on the way out and they have replaced everything that was taken in that bag. I will always do my toy shopping here no matter what the competitors price is. This was a real act of customer service

A young man by the name of Octavian Wicks was the biggest help and very respectful to me and my family for black Friday madness. He was very patient not only with us but every one that he came in contact with and believe me some of them where just out right rude. So Toys "R" Us you should know that you are blessed that you have this young man representing you.

Over the last three months I have been in this store at least 10 times preparing for my two childrens birthday parties. The staff has been WONDERFUL, whether I am in for something little or something big. They are professional and courteous, and have been a HUGE help. We will continue to be very loyal customers because of the great staff.

The staff is so unfriendly and never willing too help. When I bought the wrong item and went to exchange it (with my receipt and unopened) I was told they do not even EXCHANGE electronics. After speaking to the manger for several minutes he finally exchanged my item. But this store is not worth the hassle!

Found the Funko Pop figure I wanted at a cheaper price here. I just recommend you check how expensive things are that you want before you go in. Saw Pokémon cards around the store and one box set had three different price tags depending on where you picked them up in the store.

The staff was very friendly, even during the holiday rush. The store was organized well (like their other locations) and employees seemed like they were on top of picking up random items left aside by careless customers and putting them away.

Very little employees on the floor to help when we asked the cashier he just pointed and didnt offer to call anyone to help. When we finally found someone on the floor he was very nice and helpful but it should not have to be so hard to get help

Took my kid here because they had a gift certificate. My 12 year old compared prices to other stores while we were there. Every toy she picked out was cheaper at either Wal-Mart, Amazon etc. In one case $40 cheaper.

Its a kids dream land and parents worst nightmare. Id rather avoid the hoopla and buy on AMZN. I know, Im a dirtbag, but if you have it, it serves a purpose for a kids special treat.

If you want to see a toy in store, this is the place to go. Not necessarily the cheapest price, but they are still competitive. Decent customer service.
