This is the worst Toys R Us ever. I purchased 2 scooters from this location one was in stock at the store and the other one had to be ordered. I paid for assembly of the scooters which was an additional $25 each. The request was that when the one scooter that was ordered online arrive at the store to assemble both scooters and they would be picked up at the same time. Mind you, when I originally purchased the items in the store it was a headache because one wasnt ringing up right then my $10 gift card wasnt applied, they told me that they had both scooters in stock one was green and the other one was black and that they were the same but only to find out that they werent the same so thats why I had to order one online. The in store experience took over an hour to finish. Next I get a email saying that the one scooter has been shipped and was ready for pick up. Go to pick up the scooters @ 9am in the morning the store is empty and guess what, they bring them both up without being assembled. They sent them back to the back to get assembled because I was told that it wouldnt take long and I waited and waited about 40mins finally I asked whats the status and still my scooters werent assembled in the end I was refunded for the assembly. If I shop at the Toys R Us again it will just be out of convenience.

After waiting 20 minutes with no one in front of me in line at the registry, I made a purchase, paid for with my card (which is in great standing), two days later my order was canceled. Recd an email stating it was canceled due to "non-payment". After checking my card account. My card was never charged. Customer service then explains I need to contact my credit card company. For what? They have no record of anything! No charge ever went through. Customer service in the store was horrible and staff walking around not assisting. Cannot get a live person on the phone to assist with any number I called unless you are willing to wait another 20 minutes. If you use this store you will get the blow off, hand off, and no assistance to remedy your situation. I heard this about this location from friends as well. What a horrible experience!

Sold us a $400 crib without telling us that it was previously owned, returned, and missing half of its pieces and hardware. They then advised us that we could call the manufacturer for them to replace missing parts. This store had four employees standing at the front talking and joking with each other (one of them the store manager) and almost no customers, yet it was difficult to find anyone who could help. The worst part is that we drove over 100 miles to buy this crib as it was the only location that had it in stock, now we have a $400 pile of parts that cant be put together. We will be returning this pile of junk and taking our business elsewhere.

After dealing with poor customer service during a huge layaway misunderstanding, the manager Ken came to the recuse and Saved Christmas for my 2 year old son! He resolved my issue and followed up as promised even while managing a busy store during the busiest time of the year. His excellent customer service and professionalism is why I will continue to be a costumier at this location!

Disturbing experience. I was by the PS4 games talking with my partner about acquiring a gaming console, when an employee asked if he could help. We didnt need his help but he stayed there.... looking at us, just looking at us. It was uncomfortable and quite frankly weird. I felt harassed. Ill never shop here again horrible service.

Shows items in stock and on sale, drove 30 minutes to get here and then they say the wii u nunchuk is discontinued. Guy says he was going to check in back, found him wandering around on other side of store. Beware. Bait and switch. Never coming back. Ever.

The service was terrible. Associates werent helpful place was extremely chaotic. A lot of associates around and no one stopped to help at registry desk. There was an incredibly long line...only ONE register open on a Saturday afternoon!!!

Had a really good experience here with my pregnancy. Associate walked around with me suggesting things I may need that may not have been on the traditional list. She suggested classes that were being hosted at the store and was wonderful.
