Great selection of toys and learning material for my toddler and preschooler. The staff could work on their communication skills. Im rarely greeted or asked if I need help, and when I do communicate with some of the employees, they look at me like I have three heads. I got a phone call about a toy I had on hold and the employee sounded annoyed. She let out the biggest sigh in her voice message. Seriously!? Then when I went to pick up said you, I explained to the employee why I was there and she walked away and to the back of the store with out saying a word to me. Some employees are more friendly and more attentive to customer service--its just hit or miss. Overall, I like this place. Just not necessarily the employees.

the employees at learning express are extremely helpful! I needed a bunch of party favors last minute and they were able to put together several goodie bags for me real quick. They even personalized the childrens names on the totes and they were such a hit! Everyone really seems to know the merchandise and offer really great gift suggestions. Ive been recommending them to all my friends for birthday parties. Its a great one-stop shop!!!

Racist staff! If you are black they dont even acknowledge you. I walked around the empty store with my two sons and was not addressed.
