Contacted them about a repair/restoration to a composition doll that is a family heirloom going back 4 generations. I was hoping to have it restored and then give it to my mother for mothers day. They were prompt in getting back to me but said they no longer have the staff to do this type of repair. The response also said that even if they could it would cost over $500 and suggested that I just buy a similiar doll on ebay to give to my mother. I was surprised that they were unable to perform the repair. I was also surprised that a company that undoubtedly deals with peoples prized collectable possessions would tell me to just buy a different one (it kind of misses the point of having a family heirloom). I found an expert doll restorer who has quoted me a price of 150-200 for doing the work and will work with her instead.

Visited for the first time yesterday and I wish Id heard of this place sooner. We went for the Lego collection, not anything doll related, and I loved the store! Great for younger children, they had a great selection of toys, cute finger and hand puppets, and the best variety of Lego sets Ive seen outside of the Lego store (and at better prices). They had a trampoline in the middle of the store that children can play on, which made shopping that much easier for me. I dont have time to do toy shopping during the week regardless, so the hours werent a problem for me.

I only wish their hours were longer... The 10-5:30 hours makes it hard to access for those who work most of the week. Since theyre the only Doll Hospital in the area, not all of us can just swing by after work, might take 30 minutes to an hour for us to get there, depending on traffic, and by the time we get there, its closed.

Hello. Just knowing you have a place that restores dolls, alone makes me happy. I have a stuffed toy bear and it is in need of repair, I tried sewing it myself and of course am failing at keeping it looking new. Do you all repair stuffed bears? Just wondering. Thank you.

Best toy store in town! Great selection of learning toys! Old fashioned and new ones too. Knowledgeable sales people, patient with the kids. Plan to be there for at least one hour, might be more.

A lot of great toys and great customer service. Toys for all ages, outdoor play sets that they will install, teacher/parent educational materials and doll repair. Been in business a long time.

Great place but they really need to have Sunday hours... The target customer has small kids and therefore works during the week. Please expand hours to a more family friendly range.

You have to go to Mars if you cant find a great toy at this spot. It has high quality and unusual items and a very nice selection of teacher aides for those in the education field.

Great people that care and LOTS of toys. This is a toy store that I would say is better than the giant Box stores. They also have a Teacher store there too that is INCREDIBLE!!
