THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! For 3 years in a row now starting the 1st of November they will either not answer the phone at all or they will put you on hold for 45 minutes (no lie). I called 3 times to ask a simple question today and the phone rang and rang until it disconnected me. I actually had to call a store in Ohio to ask my question and they picked up on the first ring. Its pretty sad when I had to call a store in another state Jay because my local stores customer service is poor. I also stood in line for 15 minutes the other day at the service desk with 2 people being waited on and only one person in front of me in line and never moved. I was wanting to register my kids for Christmas but finally gave up and walked away. Last year they totally lost my layaway order which I had a few things that were special that were no longer available and could not get them back. They never offered anything to make up for it. Terrible customer service at this store.

One star is an over statement. If youre thinking about applying here, DONT! I turned in my application. A week later I got an interview with a guy named Mike. He hired me and said hell do the background check just in case. He said hed call THREE times, and never did. The phone will just ring over and over. They never answer it! When I finally just drove up there, he acted like he didnt know who I was. I called him out on his lying and he made he excuse that they were busy. They werent. He couldve got Anyone to contact me, but didnt. Then he said hell look at my application. I said, "what do you mean youll look at my application?you already hired me. " But as I was in the middle of saying that he just turned around and left. RUDE. So he lied about hiring me. Lied about calling. Lied about when I started. Completely WASTING MY TIME! I walked out telling them I quit either way. No respect. Do NOT work at this location.

This place is awful, the customer service is horrible, if you call you wont get an answer unless you call five or six times, the manager is a jerk, he offered my friend a job and she accepts, proceeds to tell her hell call her when the back ground check goes through, its been a month and we went up there today, he told her that he hadnt called because theyve been really busy, then he said "well still consider your application." Like he never offered her the job. The week he said hed call he went on vacation for a week.For your own well being, DO NOT EVER APPLY HERE. It is an awful place.

i went to toysrus twice in florence ky and i had the worst time trying to find help just about everything in the store had a no price on the shelf. Tuesday price checker was not working and wensday they were all working but could not use then because the line to use them was longer then the check out line,Everythig was out of place, couldnt find a single person to ask for help. i thought being xmas it would of been much more organised. the worst shopping time i have ever had. i bought a few thing i could find the price on and got out. It was just the worst

Its good just the lines are rediculously long during Christmas time like outrageous they only have a few workers working at a time and you can stand there in a line to the middle of the store without it moving a single inch let alone person for an hour literally zero exaduration!!! Longest wait everrr
