I am rating this one star because I reserved a pickup(3 items in total) via its website and when i got to Toys R us they had me wait even though they sent me an email saying that it was ready for pickup some time before, i waited and i even had to remind a worker to get my package but when i finally got my package i open it to make sure that they got me the right package and it turns out that they gave me a different and much cheaper package. I ordered a package that cost $57.00 and the total cost of the package that they gave me wouldve just cost me $20.00. They tried to trick me by giving me another package(i know they tricked me because one worker there told me that they replace the package with something else if they cant find the right package) and they didnt even tell me that they couldnt find the real package i ordered.I asked for a refund and they gave it to me but not in cash or in the gift card that I used to order, instead they gave it to me on a Toys R us store credit card which means that i could not use the money on anywhere else but Toys R us. I really hope that they get better service in the future but for now i have to rate it one star out of five.

This place sucks. Really. I dont leave bad reviews but truthfully, this place has the worst customer service and in-store stock. I was looking to buy a Playstation 4 and I found one left in black last week. I figured Id buy it and test it out. One week later, I decide I wanted the same system but in white. I asked if I could return the system with original wiring, game bundle and paperwork.. Only thing missing was the cardboard that held everything together. And I was denied. No other option was even suggested to me. Customer service is absolutely pathetic here. That was the third time I had to call the store to even have a conversation with someone. The first time, The phone continuously rang, the second time I ended up getting someone but didnt even give me a chance to say anything before putting me on hold and the third time was when I some information.

Dont walk, RUN to your car and drive to another store or a Toys R Us location. The Customer Service desk has three(3) registers but theres only one Rep to service you. (Its was her fault but I was forced to wait 20 minutes while she serviced another customer. The floor staff isnt helpful and the female manager was extremely unprofessional. Once, I had to remind her to hang up her cell phone while addressing me. When I mentioned that Ill be sending corporate an email I was told to not waste my time because all of the stores emails are sent directly to her. Somehow theyve forgotten that their products (toys etc) are sold in other stores (Target etc).

Very disappointed. Last night Ive tried to pay at the register, but a black skinny girl just looked at me and left, no biggies, I thought, I saw customer service is open, went there, when I approached the girl I said hi.. Hows everything and that girl, Sara, just gave me the stinkiest face..she didnt reply to my question according my purchase. Here is one tip for you - if you are miserable dont work

Please train your staff well! When I return something and showing a photo ID, the clerk ask me for first name! Come on, everything posted on my DL! How a stupid worker who cannot identify first name and last name hired by this international business, excuse me??

Customer service dont know how to do an even returned why should I paid more when I the item is the same price and I have my receipt. So sad dont want to buy in this store never again the company gets rich from customers.
