Dreams Away

This was an absolutely most unprofessional, horrible U-haul rental experience. The most unbelievable part is the woman, shes either the secretary or co-owner, that argued extensively with me because she was adamant about the additional mileage fees that she charged me, also stating that she should have charged me for gas because it was a little under the level. I happened to take a time stamped & dated picture before I returned the truck. I also deliberately waited to get gas from the Exxon gas station on the corner of the shopping plaza, in order to ensure it was returned at the gas level it was received. In fact there was a little more than what was there when I received the truck. However even with the picture that I had shown of the mileage, I received unnecessary, demeaning treatment. I offered to return to look at the truck and the picture together, but soon after we hung up she called back to state her error. She personally had rented the same truck that I had used to someone before she "checked in" the truck after my usage. The absolute worst moving experience and customer service. I will never again be a patron of Affordable Furniture for any needs and will make it clear to everyone that I come in contact with it.

Rented a UHaul, and reserved truck was not available. Yet the lady at the counter was very personable and accomodating in supplying another vehicle. Place was very busy yesterday, but she got it done in a timely manner.
