The beginners riding class is a sham. It is a complete waste of time and money. If you are a total beginner and want to learn how to ride a bike, DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS, save your money and learn to ride elsewhere. It is not a beginners class because they expect you to already know how to ride before you take it. The instructors have no patience with beginners. If you cant remember the instructions from the video that they show you on the night before the road course, you are screwed. The instructor spent about 5 minutes at the end of class reviewing a lot hand signals that they use to communicate with you on the road coarse. If you cant remember the meaning of these 15-20 hand signals from the one time that they went over them, you are screwed. They spend no time instructing on how to change gears and do not explain the basics of operating a manual transmission. If you dont know how to use a clutch or change gears, you are screwed. The only course prerequisite is knowing how to ride a bicycle. However, if you dont know how to ride, drive a straight shift, change gears or use a clutch, you will be humiliated and will get kicked out of the class. They will not refund your money. On the first night of class, the instructor tells you that since it is a group class you will be learning from each other and she will only be facilitating learning. When I paid $300 for this beginners class, I expected to receive some individual instruction, a little patience from the instructors, and to have fun. What I did not expect was to be sent home from a beginner s riding class because I didnt know how to ride a motorcycle, being publicly humiliated, being embarrassed and being told that I need to learn how to ride at home, then come back and retake the beginners riding class. I am very disappointed with Black Wolf Harley Davidson, Bristol, VA . I really thought this was going to be a great experience. I was really excited about class and was really looking forward to learning how to ride. But my experience here has killed my enthusiasm and destroyed my self-confidence. I will just have to be content with sitting in the b*tch seat. I hope this helps someone else avoid making the same $300 mistake that I did ......

The guy I bought my bike from were very nice, very helpful. This review is about when I dropped my bike and had it repaired. It was in there over 3 months, and once I got it back, after my insurance paid for over $2000.00 worth of work, I found that two major parts that were suppose to have been replaced, and were charged for, were not changed out at all. Then, the service manager, JP, wasnt even embatrassed. He said well, I waived the labor on that tire. Who cares?!?! You charged me for parts and labor on 2 items you didnt even touch. He was very rude and defensive, and Ill take my bike to Smith Brothers next time.

Called to inquire about parts; asked to speak to someone in parts department. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes before parts ever picked up. Then when parts did pick up was told to please hold again for another 18 minutes. If I knew I was going to be put on hold for almost and hour I could have drove to Harley of Pikeville KY and been on my way home before they could have even talked to me on the phone. Sevice lacks unless you are there to buy the whole Harley. Service after teh sale is almost non existant.

My last three rides have come from Black Wolf. A Sportster, a Softail Deluxe and now a Tri Glide Ultra. Sales and service are excellent and everyone is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend to shop there first, then compare, then come back to Black Wolf. They will treat you like you want to be treated.

One time it was about riding Harleys....talking the talk and riding some more. Now its about a showy store front, $40 black T-shirts and outrageous expensive Harleys....a sheep in Wolfs chrome....

Wanted to buy a SGS. Refused to send me a deal sheet so I could take it to my credit union. Tried to get me to agree to a deal without seeing the price breakdown. Beware, shady, very shady.
