Im not a bike owner or ever will be. Really dont even like them. But this review is about a commercial I just saw. Im a business woman and am highly judgmental on commercials. I wanted to let Smith Brothers know Ive never watched such a fun, cute, thoughtful way to market how much enjoyment a great Harley can bring to ones mental health! I do know its on thousands, possibly millions of bucket lists. But to be healing also, I certainly could see that as a huge honest selling point in this commercial!!! Never thought of them that way, but I know now every time I see one roaring by, Ill think about how that person feels sitting on their piece of Heaven. I close my eyes and breathe and think of sitting on a beach in St Thomas and they do the same wishing they were on a Harley headed down a highway. I wish there was a "no star" option. Out of town and in need of service and parts for two bikes on a rainy day. Service manager at opening was able to get off the phone after 10 mins of us standing there in front of him to tell us he had no time to help us. He was very short and indifferent to our needs. We did not even tell him what we needed.I went to their parts counter to find out if a part (gas cap) was in stock and was not,fair enough.They did not offer to help us locate the part nor a different dealer to help with our other service needs.We went outside and located a couple other dealers on our cell phones that were more than willing to assist us. (Thanks Black Wolf H.D.) I thought Harley Davidson wanted dealers to help us travelers out in our hour of need. Avoid this one.

I bought a 2006 Road King new from Smith Bros. It now has 96,000 miles on it. All the regular service and repairs have been done by Smith Bros and their team except for two when I was on road trips out of the area. Jason and his team are friendly and ready to serve. The folks in the service department always listen carefully to any concerns I have and make sure the bike is in tip top shape when I ride out the door. They have always been more than accommodating to me and my schedule when I needed something done quickly. After almost 10 years of a dealership/customer relationship I feel qualified to recommend them as a great place to do business whether looking for motor clothes, buying a new bike, or getting regular service and repairs.

Incompetent would best describe the people here at Smith Brothers. I brought them a 63 harley frame and asked them to drop a motor in it that was assembled. The motor did not fit, so I asked them to notch the frame as is typically done in this case. Instead, they took the head off of the engine that I spent hours doing, and had the audacity to charge me $330 for disassembling my engine and leaving it to me in pieces for which I also had to buy new gaskets. I never authorized them to disassemble my engine to begin with and they even wanted to charge me more to reassemble it to return it to me in the condition I gave it to them. Stay away, stay far away.

Traveling cross country from Seattle. Stopped in by chance. The part I was looking for was out of stock, so the staff took what I needed off a used bike. They even took the time to come out and help install in the parking lot. Afterwards, giving us some great suggestions and advise for local riding. Best customer service experience at a motorcycle dealership so far - well - ever! Thanks guys.

Remember that friendly little Harley shop you used to go to back in the day? Well, this one will remind you of those great days gone by. Smith Bros H-D, where folks are friendly, the sales are awesome, and ride to and from are phenomenal! We live in Asheville and travel to a lot of dealerships... this is one of our favorite shops in the US.
