I purchased a 30cc Honda Metropolitan (moped) in 2011. The tire was going flat but they told me that it had sat for a very long time and blew it up for me (I didnt even get home before it was flat again). When I asked for a title for the moped they assured me that mopeds do not have titles....I didnt know any better and didnt think they would lie to me so I went along with it. When I went to sell the Metropolitan in 2013 to a Honda shop in Hendersonville, NC they asked to see the title. When I confidently said "Blue Ridge Riders said that Metropolitans dont have titles", they looked totally shocked and informed me that this could very well be a stolen moped!! I do not support Blue Ridge Riders ever again.

Yesterday I stop at Blue Ridge Riders, just to look at some of the new bikes that they have. The owner Steve, came out to greet me, and during our conversation I mention that the helmet that I brought from him was stolen about two weeks ago, and I didnt have the funds to buy another. He afford to give me a helmet for free, what a blessing. He didnt have to that, and on top of that he gave me the same one that I had purchase from him about two months ago. I have brought two bikes from Blue Ridge Riders and has never encounter a problem with their use bikes. If you are looking for a good used motorcycle go see Steve or Tiffany at Blue Ridge Riders.

This is a friendly place were you get to know the owner and his salesmen. They dont stuff you in a corner, and tell you it will take an hour to get an appraisal for your bike only to come back with a low-ball figure. Make a cash offer, and the owner will show you what he has on the bike. I am not kidding he actually showed me the file on my 2007 United Motors complete with all receipts for the labor, and time he put in to the bike. I recently purchased my 6th bike from BBR, and they are looking for my 7th. Be sure to ask for Ed or Mike, and dont forget to tell Mike you want a new helmet that matches your bike for free.

Harley Davidson prices in Asheville NC were really low when compared to other used Harley dealers in Spartanburg and Greenville SC. I really liked Mike right away when I met him at Blue Ridge Riders used Motorcycles of Asheville. He had a used Harley Davidson 2007 Road King and that motorcycle was clean. Im just saying is all. He beat the best price I got in Greenville SC by over $550 dollars. Asheville is Harley Heaven. You know what I mean. You guys got all the parkway to ride on. You are so lucky! Blue Ridge Riders I will be back.

Steve and Chris from Blue Ridge Riders were lifesavers when my husband got stranded in the area while on a solo trip to NC from PA. Without knowing anyone in the area, he found BRR on the internet and they immediately offered to help him out and get him back on the road. We are so grateful for their generosity, and for extending their camaraderie to an out-of-towner who needed a hand. I bought a beautiful bike for 9000 got home and starter was making a noise I called him up and he offered for me to have it trailered and fix it in very pleased and would and will buy my bikes and have them serviced at place of business. They treated me very well and gave me a free helmet of my choice and filled the tank with gas. We were out shopping for a used bike for my wife who just got her license and wanted something small to start with. We pulled up and the sales team walked inside. We didnt think anything of that figured they was giving us space to browse. We proceeded inside and and still have not been greeted by anyone. At this point we are speachless at the rudeness of the business so we left and they lost a sale.

bought a harley there about 15mos. ago. it was a one owner bike in nice shape, bike was not serviced, which i thought it should have been for a bike that cost over 9000.00 dollars. gave me two keys for it ,that didnt fit the bike. and no help or even a response. if they did the right thing i would probably.bought more bikes there

Easy experience. Just bought a bike from Mike (yep, in January) and he made it so easy. Its been years since Ive ridden and Mike took the time to work with me and reeducate me with bikes and the changes that have come. The deal was too good and hes just an outright nice guy. Great job!

Drove up, parked, got out and walked around almost every bike they had without so much as a hello. Guess the owner was too busy sitting out side talking to some girl to mind me. Even walked inside and sat on a few with nobody in the place. Left after 10 mins without saying a word.
