I had Manatee Scooters pick up and deliver my bike because it wouldnt accelerate after starting. They thought they had the problem fixed at their shop but, the problem persisted after it was delivered back to my house. When I called Manatee about the ongoing problem, they sent a mechanic to my house to replace the carb. That solved the problem and I didnt have to pay to have the bike picked up and delivered again. Thanks Manatee!

Wow, called this place to ask a few questions and the guy was rude, short and condescending. To think I bought a scooter from this place and have been back for many other supporting products. I WILL say, you just lost my business!!! Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and buy from a respectful shop. This isnt the only scooter shop folks!

Great customer service and great knowledge of all types and varieties of scooters and mopeds. They have great mechanics as well! I highly recommend. I have bought a scooter from them and so has my brother and they have held up great. They only sell high end Chinese scooters. Best scooter I have ever had, and I had a few!

Very bad experience, took my bike there twice and twice have to take it back, they left screws missing on my muffler and came off on the road, after I just took it there for repair. They also never gave me the 50% labor discount. If you take your bike there is a good chance you will have to push it back.

These guys are awesome! I love my scooter. Its very nice quality. I have terrible luck with getting nails and screws stuck in my tires. They always fix it for me. They did a nice job installing the lights and alarm system as well.
