Action Kawasaki Yamaha, does all of my jetski repairs and regular maintenance. I run a growing business off of my jetski so its very important for me to be up and running at all times. On Saturday, my jetski started over heating, I called to explain the problem I was having and they gave me the best advise, knowing what my priorities were. The "small" problem ended up being much greater than we expected, but these guys stayed in late and came in early to make sure that I got my jetski back in time to fly my clients. Not to mention, they came out on the same day I picked it up JUST TO MAKE SURE everything was ok and running perfectly. Ive always taken my ski to these guys but they really blew me away this time!! THANK AGAIN for all the hard work you ALL put in! Id give 6 stars if I could

I just want to say a few words about the excellent service I received from Ray Baker at Action Kawasaki-Yamaha in Bradenton. I spoke with Ray over the phone to inquire about a pre-owned Honda I saw on their website. From that first contact, I felt really good about my chances of getting that bike, and a couple of days later I drove all the way to the West Coast to take a look at it. Just an hour later, I was ready to jump on the bike and ride it back home. Ray was knowledgeable, straightforward and efficient, and his price on that model beat the competition hands down. If I ever need another bike, I will certainly check again with Ray. Thank you very much!

Absolutely the worst dealership!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive been all over America, only reason I dealt with this dealerships service dept was i purchased a new. Seadoo from this dealer . the service is horrible. very unskilled and untimely at the work that is performed. you will be charged you full dealer price and charged for everything. all I can say is there is zero customer service. stay away

Paid 11$ for an oil filter that dident even come with the o-ring kit....... Went down the road a few miles to andvance auto and guess who selles the exact same oil filter WITH the o-ring kit for 4.99$. Very dissatisfied with the prices here.. Stick to shopping on google. Its never served me wrong other then the wait for shipping.

Avoid is all I can say. They are worthless maybe a bicycle. Took a seadoo jet boat there they had it almost 2 months and they fixed it to 25 mph then said thats it, its fixed. They said they had no clue how to fix it they were puzzled couldnt fix taking elsewhere 4 hours away. Thanks assholes. I have a voice and I will use it.

The guys at Action Kawasaki just put new tires on my Honda CB900F. They had the lowest prices for the tires, any tire over $125 has no installation fee, and the install was taken care of quickly and competently.
