Ive been going here more recently as Ive purchased a used Harley from a private sale. So I can not speak of their sales department but what I can tell you is every time I walk through that door. No matter if Im dressed like garbage from working on my bike all day, covered in oil. The people who work there always welcome me, ask me how my day is going and if they can help with anything. Ive been to several dealerships in Valparaiso not dressed the best and they will treat you like dirt. Parts department is awesome, never had an issue with them. Always on the spot with what you need and have a plethora of parts catalogs for pretty much all the years. People behind the counter are always friendly and after coming there for a few odds and ends maybe 3-4 times they already know me by name. A nice touch in this day and age. Bikes on the floor are immaculate, and detailed. Very well organized floor and accessories sections.

I bought my new 2014 Street Glide in October of 2013 from a fair and honest dealer . I basically negotiated everything over the phone. Sent photos of my bike directly to David (GREAT GUY). We chatted back and forth for about two weeks and made a deal. The overall experience was outstanding!!!! Thanks Valpo HD and David for a awesome bike.

Bike traveler here on 49 state trip now 21st state first dealer that wont let me do oil change want charge me for it tried charging me $300 on front tire dont need tube just tire but no greedy on me making me go another dealer for better service.

Thought that being a loyal, repeat customer meant something. Maybe it does elsewhere, but i have learned the hard way it does not at Valpo Harley. I will be taking my bike to another dealer for my bike needs.

The people here are friendly, and they usually have a lot of bikes to choose from. If they dont have the specific setup you want, they can get it from one of their other shops.
