I called this dealership this past November and spoke to the owner, Kelly. I told her that I wanted to purchase two 110cc Tao Tao ATVs and one 150cc Tao Tao ATV. I wanted all three in the Army camo color. She told me that she didnt have them at the dealership but could pick them up from the warehouse in Indianapolis. She said it would take a couple days to get them. I told her that I would purchase them and gave her a $500 deposit. A few days later I called back and set up a time and date to come out and pick them up, as I live two and a half hours away in Chicago. I told the male I spoke to over the phone that my situation changed and I would only be buying the two 110s for my kids. He said "okay." I came in the day before Thanksgiving and called the dealership three times while on my way. I wanted them to know that there was a lot of traffic and I would be there shortly before they close. They told me they would have them waiting when I got there. It took me three and a half hours to arrive. I got there right as they were ready to close. The salesman on duty was still finalizing a sale when I arrived. I waited approximately twenty minutes, which was no problem, for him to finish up and get to me. He did not know I was not buying the 150cc and I told him that I spoke to someone on the phone and told them I couldnt buy that one. He called Kelly who told him to charge me a 20% restocking fee on the 150! I asked to speak to Kelly over the phone and I did. I politely explained that I could only buy two of the three ATVs. Kelly raised her voice and told me that she had to pay her employee overtime to wait for me. She then told me that she had to pay for all three ATVs out of her pocket as they came from the Tao Tao factory and not her personal warehouse. She complained to me that she would be stuck with the ATV for a while before selling it. Kelly originally took $50 dollars off of each 110 since I was buying multiples. After our phone convo she removed the discount and did not charge me the restocking fee, as if she was doing me a favor. Kelly, you are a lousy business owner and should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers. You never told me that there would be a restocking fee if I cancelled and you even admitted that you led me to believe the "warehouse" was YOURS not Tao Taos. Anyone who spends any money in your dealership should be respected for their business. Your inventory and the amount of time it sits before it sells IS NOT MY PROBLEM! That is the cost of being a business owner. You paying an employee for staying late so a customer can pick up his ATVs after driving THREE AND A HALF HOURS, again IS NOT MY PROBLEM. That is the cost of being a business owner. Not to mention I was given my ATVs and literally shoved out the door. No explanation on how to operate the $700+ worth of merchandise I just spent. Dropped off my bike to have a mounting bracket drilled out and the electrical system checked. Bracket was competed just fine. Electrical system left something to be desired. My battery was missing contact screws that it went in with. My headlight was no longer connected and half the wiring harness was no longer in the connector mounts. So two stars for the bracket/bolt no stars for the wiring.

First time to every buy any ATV..salesman was polite and respectful also put me on one that fit me and my needs...definitely planning on being a repeat customer... Everything was good but being a apostolic minister the big selling point for me was seeing a bible verse on the wall and being told God bless ...ya just dont see or hear that anywhere...thank you crossroads...God bless

Ok place but $30 for a tier to be put on a rim is alittle much they are kind of rip offs and dont follow thought with what they say they are going to do.. Ive been waiting weeks for parts and have been told by 3 people I would get a call back that was over a week ago and nothing..

Cheap unreliable mopeds.. mechanic tinkers with new mopeds so accelerator cable wears out early....leaves parts "set -up" to fail ....exhaust threads to motor not properly "dressed" so the bolts holding it on vibrate off.....all this so that you keep coming back for repairs

This is my first time going to this place for work on my R6. I had them put on front/back tire and chain & sprocket kit. They were very prompt and courteous. I am going to continue to use them as my new mechanic for my bike and will recommend them to anyone needing work!
