This was my first Harley Davidson purchase and I couldnt be more pleased. For a first timer, a Harley Davidson shop can be a pretty intimidating place. George and Matt were incredible. Matt listened to my thoughts and opinions and helped to fill in the blanks where I simply didnt have the knowledge. He took time to go over many bikes with me, explaining in great detail the differences in each and the pros and cons based on my needs. I narrowed it down to two bikes over the course of several days and Matt went in to further detail about each one (which may have actually made choosing between the two more difficult!). When the purchase was done, I was taken around the dealership and introduced to everyone in every department. Everyone made me feel welcome and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a customer. I walked out feeling like I had known Matt, George, and Doug for years and with full confidence that I can reach out to the Southside staff at any time with all of my Harley Davidson questions and needs. I couldnt have asked for anything more.

I had been shopping approximately 1 year for the right bike for me. I was torn between 3 different styles. After stopping in at different dealers, I finally made my way to Southside. It was the best stop I could have made. Eric met me at the door and asked me what he could do for me and I explained what I was looking for. Little did I know I was going to school (in a good way). I was prepared to be told what bike was best for me and trying to be sold on a bike. I didnt get that with Eric. He talked to me like he had known me for years and treated me like a friend. He didnt try to sell me on a bike but he sold me on him and the knowledge that he had on each bike that I was interested in. I left with more knowledge about the bikes and felt comfortable making my decision. Eric was more than willing to answer any and all my questions and concerns and truly walked me through my purchase. I have been a customer of SS Harley Davidson for 1 1/2 yrs and every time I go into the store everyone there is exceptional in helping me find something I am looking for or assisting me with a lay-a-way to buying a new Harley. I love the clothes, jackets and accessories for my bike and my self. I have given many presents to friends and more from the store with the help of you wonderful associates. I have brought in numbers from products that I found in other stores and Amyria has been able to order them for me. LOVE IT!!!! 90% of my Harley purchases from your store due to the service and helpfulness of everyone there. I love the Girls Garage Parties. I am also a HOG member and recently joined the local chapter at the dealership. I love the club and the members, they made me feel very welcome. Thanks to Eric Lowe for getting me involved with this group. My Harley Davidson experience there has made a definite difference in my life. LIFE IS A TREASURE TO CHERISH AND ENJOY.

Over this past summer, sometime around the end of June, my uncle was in need of a headlight bulb and we tried to make it to your dealership from the eastside before you closed and because of rain, traffic and well just misreading the hours we didnt. We pulled up and a few of your service staff we closing things up and asked if we needed help. After my uncle explained what he needed they had no problems opening up the register and quickly selling him the parts that he needed. As one who has worked in retail I know that customers like us can be a pain but I feel that your service staff went above and beyond to help us out and because of this I will always make it a point to go the extra miles to get to your store first before trying somewhere else. Southside Harley Davidson is the best HANDS DOWN for customer service. I had the best salesman every ERIC LOWE will make it happen. The entire buying process was a breeze with one of the most patient and knowledgable person I have every had the pleasure of meeting. When I entered the doors everyone I saw was welcoming and friendly and very helpful even if I was just window shopping. “Ive been riding since I was 19 years old, Im 41 now. Ive never even sat on a Harley let alone ride one. Ive always thought youre paying for the name. Then I realized that Harley Davidson is in business for a reason. So I went to check out used bikes at Southside and fell in love with a 2009 Street Glide. Bill Hagard, my salesman, was extreamly knowledgable, and not too pushy.( my kind of salesman). Bill talked me into buying the bike. I finally got to put some miles on it. I cant believe what I was missing. the bike is solid feeling while very comfortable to ride. Ill never own anything other than a Harley. Also thanks to Dalton, in the parts department. He did a great job at returning some stuff and getting me more stuff. Thank you Southside, I love my Street Glide.”

“My ride originated from this shop in 1995. My son ended up as the 2nd owner shortly after he was diagnosed with cancer. The bike remained in storage for almost 10 years before I got it into my hands as the 3rd owner. It came to me on a flatbed trailer and would not start. After some fumbling around with the carb I got it running and made an appointment with Larry to bring it in for some R & R. In a very short time he and his excellent service folks got me on the road! I have never been happier with any service folks as I am with these professionals. I will keep bringing my bike back to Southside until it is too old to be serviced professionally. Southside Harley-Davidson rocks! Very fair, knowledgeable, and professional staff. An awesome selection of new and used Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Lots to discover in the Accessories and Parts Department not to mention staff members who really know Harley-Davidsons. I was impressed with the Service Department. Very organized and well equipped to take care of any service or repairs that are needed. Must also say Southside Harley-Davidson knows how to help their customers dress the part. They have a huge selection of apparel. Theres history there! Been around for generations. Very interesting place to do business. I would recommend Southside Harley-Davidson to all of my family members and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
