Dropped my husbands bike off over a week ago to get fix before I went out of town because it was his primary mode of trans. Well got it back today when I came back, key is broken?! Rear break doesnt work at all?! And it cost me almost $400 dollars to get the carburetor cleaned an the wiring looked over thats it. O yea not to mention none o his tail lights work either now. While I was there before I paid I asked for some replacement faring screws. I was told one person was helping me an was cool with it. Well after 1 hour and 53 min( I got frustrated after a while) i had finally got someones attention to lose it again to someone who wanted to return a bike. Well I left paying 13.07 for each screw! Thats insane! And it cost so much cause they came off the show room bike?( its called Inventory). I paid and left. Got home looked at the crews and their stripped. This place is dirty disorganized and the people are rude and dont know how to do their job. Dont go!!

Bought a go cart a plastic piece on the engine broke after 1 hour of my son riding on a smooth street took it back to them 18 hours after purchase decided to just go ahead and upgrade to a Hammerhead platinum he charged me $250 restocking fee I went ahead and paid for it because it was a Christmas present for my son charged me a assembly fee for one that was already put together and on showroom floor so ended up paying $4,600.00 for something he had for $2,800.00. Also called the next week about how to fix a problem. with the light switch he told me how to fix it and said it 9nly comes with a 90 day warranty which it hasnt had no more than 5 total hours on it and doesnt stay running both lights are shorted out. Next time I will just let my my son know he will have to wait until I find a dealer that has better quality products and better warranties. Being nice doesnt mean Great Dealership.

Bought my wife a new bike there to learn how to ride. 1) Loaded it on the trailer and it had leaked oil all over. Brought it back and they had to replace the oil pan because it had been punctured 2) When we brought it back, the mechanic was drinking. You could smell the alcohol on his breath. 3) I went to buy a helmet and the owner gave me an attitude like he was doing me a favor for selling me the helmet. 4) We sold the bike after my wife rode it 3 times and decided she didnt want a bike. The guy that bought it from us in ATL called me and said it gave out on I-75 and wouldnt go any faster than 25 mph. He took it to the ATL dealer and they wanted to know who assembled the bike. I referred them back to A 1 Funcycles. The list goes on. Stay away from them! Would you want an intoxicated mechanic working on your bike where your life is on the line???

We purchased a used go-kart for our sons birthday and found that it would not run right when we got it home. After trying for hours to get it going on my own, I called Major Tom, who had us come in to get it looked at right before they closed for the holiday weekend. He and his son took particular interest in us and not only get the go-kart running for us (despite it being after hours by then) but spent time talking to our boys and gave them fantastic advice about life and working hard. Major Tom especially took time to speak to our son who just received his Boy Scout Eagle Scout rank and made him feel great for the work, as a result of Major Toms excellent experiences with scouting and his own Eagle Scout rank.

Absolute terrible place Ive been going to this place for a very long time I recently purchased a part for a motorcycle of mine and was told that I would have a one-year warranty on the part it was a brand-new part and now the old man is trying to talk me into having my bike towed over 20 miles to them for them to diagnose the problem and then fix it and theyre going to charge me for all of that instead of just handing me a new part they should be warranty it out do not go to this place do not buy parts from them. they will not honor any kind of warranty that they say they will give you

I visited this shop and looked around it for a new scooter in 06, I felt they have a lot to learn about salesmanship and likely manners too. I had to ask three people to get some info on a Honda scooter they had. the guy who finally had some sort of answers had a sour attitude and a general feeling that I was wasting his time. the show room had exposed wood floors and was crowded with all sorts of off brand bikes, and as mentioned before a poor sales staff. I didnt buy anything, thankfully, as I see by the other reviews they are as bad as they appear. STAY AWAY!!!!

We bought a 250 CC scooter at A-1 3 years ago and my husband rides it to work 5 days a week, weather permitting, 30 miles both ways. We also ride it recreationally on the weekends. We have put a lot more miles on it than we originally planned and it is still running well. If you want a new Vespa or a Piaggio youll need to pay 2 or 3 times as much and go to a different part of town. Our scooter has been fine and it was a good buy. And we take it back there for all the scheduled maintenance.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I have personally witnessed this man lie to several people about different motorcycles and/or parts. He will sell you anything even when he knows beforehand that it is incorrect! He pretends to be very knowledgeable but doesnt know much about anything! His own son shot at him once so that should be a good indicator of the type of character that the owner possesses! Again, STAY AWAY because you will end up in jail for doing something to this damn crook!

I bought a scooter from here and the only reason I got a fine ride is because it was brand new. The owner is extremely rude and 99% of the other customers I talked to the two times I was in there were just as disappointed. I was not given a title and was talked down to if I asked anything. If you have any self respect purchase anywhere else. I will take what another reviewer said and build on it - I would rather buy a scooter from a meth head than purchase one from here.

I have been in the store a handful of times. Each time I go in, I feel worse and worse about spending my money there (Thankfully I have not). They are rude, slow and will cut you off when you ask a question. I have a used Hyosung 250 and when I needed a new engine, I asked for a price over the phone, I was put on hold for 10 minutes then told he would call me back, this was well over 3 weeks ago and no call. do not go there, this place needs to be out of business.
