Bought a bike from them then mechanical issues...bike has been in shop for going on 2 years now and it still is NOT fixed. They make promises (Dano service manager) and do NOT keep them. Bike is worse now than ever and they wont return phone calls or messages. Dustin Erwin (owner of B & E) even gives himself a five star rating on here...REALLY??? Terrible experience with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!! and now we want to address this...why now? why not during the two years you had bike? now that you are in public view on google you want to address this?

Terrible. They act like best friends but they just want your money. My bike needed a jet kit and to be synced they charged me over 750$ and it still doesnt run right. Never go there. Its a rip off. There are too many other places that want your buisness. I figured I would give them a shot and now I deeply regret ever calling. Dan kept telling me all the things its could be but the problem lies in the carburation. Excuses never make happy customers. Beware!

Real good place intill you sign your name on a 20000$ and walk out the door arctic cat wildcat came with missing parts. Which i was told was my fault..worthless service .most expensive prices around . Went to another dealer and bought another machine cheaper with no problems at all.will never shop there again or buy a arctic cat product.

Best deal around Valpo for motorcycle tires - theyll custom order them for your bike & install them for free if you order through them! Quite a bit cheaper than other shops around & quick, professional service!

ive purchased many parts and a few machines never, ever have I had issues with these folks.... Dano has always kept his word and even gone out of his way if B&E cant get me what I want!

The battery I got was way too small for my scooter then he tried to give me a junk one that was bigger and it wont take a charge Im taking it back and washing my hands of this place
